The invisible database bowo_wordpress (from 2012) has been reattached to your account. You should be able to see it now through phpmyadmin. If you can't access phpmyadmin please reset your cpanel password with the synchronize mysql password option checked. You will need to delete any database users who should have access to this database, and recreate them with the same password as your wordpress install is using. Let us know if you have any questions.

The reason you can't change your main domain to vietstar.us is because it's already listed as a parked domain. The domain change script will fail if the domain already exists. If you want to change your main domain first delete the parked domain, and then try changing it. vtworld.tk is working. If you see the queued page clear your browser cache. If the file manager causes you errors if you don't clear your cache... then clear your cache? Maybe I don't understand.

S 07:08 0:00 dovecot/imap You can only have 6 processes maximum, and since you're using them all for IMAP then PHP won't run on your account since there isn't a free process slot available. Shutdown a few of your IMAP clients and PHP should start working again.

Each time you do a cron run in a day it adds to your total runs for the day. So if you get suspended for 3 cron jobs, get unsuspended quickly, and run another on the same day then your total is to 4. Just cool it with the cron jobs for today and you should be fine. Then tomorrow you can run another two.

Ok, those databases should be in your home directory now.

They're not gone. Just invisible. Here is the news post regarding it http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22260-stevie-mysql-fixed/ We haven't had anyone with this issue in quite a while since that was posted a year ago. Those databases have been reattached to your account. You will need to delete any database users who should have access and recreate them. You may also need to change your account password and synchronize your mysql password to have access to phpmyadmin. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Your IP that you are posting from isn't blocked. By "Web Panel" do you mean cPanel? So you have a database that's trying to connect to cpanel? What exactly do you mean?

What are the database name(s)?

If we increased the number of daily signups Stevie would quickly become as unstable as Johnny. The system automatically lowers the number of daily signups as the load gets higher, and the number of daily signups available rises if the load stays nice and low.

You've used up all of your unsuspensions.

This error is why your database backup didn't automatically get created. mysqldump: Error 1194: Table 'phpbb_V7posts' is marked as crashed and should be repaired when dumping table `phpbb_V7posts` at row: 1361 This is the result of repairing the table mup_forum.phpbb_V7posts | repair | info | Found wrong packed record at 49128 mup_forum.phpbb_V7posts | repair | warning | Number of rows changed from 6452 to 1360 mup_forum.phpbb_V7posts | repair | status | OK The .sql file is in your home directory now.

Well to be completely honest, all of the admins have been quite busy trying to keep up with both Stevie and Johnny breaking, and in the case of Johnny REALLY breaking. We'll be getting back to Tommy as soon as we can.

The news forum http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ is a great place to find answers to questions like this. Please especially read http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25748-johnny-usr/ http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25752-johnny-var/ http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25786-johnny-backups/ http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25643-working-on-johnny/ http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/23862-in-the-meantime/ Short answer: Yes.

There is a chance that it will be restored when Johnny is rebuilt, but it will probably take a while for that to happen.
