  1. That sounds like your IPs are being blocked, but each of your posts come from a different IP. I have checked them all and none of them are blocked. Can you provide any of the IP addresses of the FTP services you have been using? How many FTP transfers are you making during the 15 hours that it works for?

    Stevie still costs $12 for a dedicated IP to get SSL. Tommy is free to use SNI SSL, but it's possible for old browsers to give errors. Purchasing a $12 dedicated IP on Tommy would work in all browsers. Yes.
  12. I'm not seeing any reason why 75.110.162.66 should be blocked. What happens when you try to log in to cPanel without a VPN? Is there any error messages?

    I've found that on older computers with older browsers it can be pretty laggy. It's because your browser is trying to render several thousand pins all at once. It even works on my phone that has a faster processor. Thanks, a variable wasn't updated between testing and going live. It should be fixed now. It looks like you might have javascript disabled. Try it again with javascript enabled. Unless you have permission to have multiple accounts, yes, you should delete your old account before moving.
  15. In the last ~24 hours your site has now attempted to send 59 emails. The reason I let you know how many emails your site had sent was to make sure you were actually sending all those emails. Sometimes people get throttled because their site sends and email for each account creation and bots are creating hundreds of accounts per day. If something like that is happening on your account it would be best to get it under control prior to having the standard email sending limit reinstated because you would run the risk of just getting throttled again immediately. Since you're certain you're going to be able to keep your account under the recommended 50 emails or less per day I have gone ahead and reset the email limit for you. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

  17. Well, there's not much for me to add. As Wolstech already said you exceeded our recommended daily sent email limit without asking us first for permission to send emails above the standard limit and the system automatically throttled you down for being a possible spammer.

  20. It can take up to 24 hours for the queued message to go away after you're able to log in to cpanel. Make sure you clear your browser cache too because the queued message sometimes gets saved in your browser even though your site is working.

  23. We post news about the servers on these forums, twitter, and facebook. Is there another way you would suggest us post news?
  24. Shut down some of your mail clients. If you do anything other than shut down some of your mail clients the mail clients will just create new processes immediately.
  25. Were you aware that we already offer remote mysql access to your databases? Is that not sufficient?
