You wouldn't have been able to use that username again had your forum account not been changed. You actually don't have to set an A record at all. Just set ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org as you nameservers and the A record will set itself automatically.

always_populate_raw_post_data = -1 instead of always_populate_raw_post_data = 0 is now set in php.ini. Be warned that this setting will probably get overwritten by cpanel randomly because cpanel thinks 1 and 0 are the only valid values, and it wouldn't let me set it to -1. I edited the php.ini file manually to set the -1 value. Let us know if your manual installation works now.

I just installed magneto with Softaculous and didn't get that error. Is that error from installing it manually?

The domain russianlutheran.org is still being hosted on Stevie, which is down, so the page will never load. What you need to do is add russianlutheran.org to your cpanel. To make it show the same content as zankophi.heliohost.org you can add it as a parked domain with this link https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/park/index.html After you add the domain it should start working within 24 hours.
