  1. I changed your password, and was able to successfully log into the new website with username or email. The classic site login worked too. Perhaps it has something to do with the particular password you had it set to? Try resetting your password to what it was to see if it works now? Also you could try a different browser?
  2. Do you mind if I change your password to try logging in to your account on the new website?
  3. This process has begun.
  4. Are you trying to log in by email address or username?
  5. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  6. @chrishaynes, if the domain already exists on the system the main domain change script will not work. You can check your current main domain in cPanel, which is currently symbiotic.it. It looks like chrishaynes.co.za is currently an addon domain on your account. So if you want to change your main domain you must delete the addon domain first. If the main domain change script works you will be able to see the change in your cPanel. @admins, the ACP is updated to the new domain even if the domain change script fails. So if the domain already exists in the system the ACP will be updated, but the main domain doesn't actually change. @root admins, you can check the current main domain through WHM, which might differ from the ACP if an error occurred.
  7. The domain badvibesforcefield.heliohost.org has been deleted.
  8. Is it working now?
  9. Is it working now?
  10. I'll have to test it some myself I guess. I still have no idea why it has worked for hundreds of other people, but not you. I checked the system and all of your information is correctly entered. It's just waiting for you to click the link.
  11. Are you able to access the logs now?
  12. Your account was suspended on July 26th. We don't have records that go back that far. What do you use your account for?
  13. Did you click the link in your email?
  14. myhost.heliohost.org is an inactive account located on Johnny. Are you sure that's your domain?
  15. Tommy is currently in a closed beta state. Accounts can be created by invitation only. The only way to guarantee you get an invite is to make a donation to Heliohost of any amount. https://www.paypal.me/HelioHost Details can be found here http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25503-tommy-closed-beta/
  16. You can change your own domain without help from an admin http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain
  17. Stevie only has one version of PHP 5.3.8. Tommy has PHP 7.0.9, 5.6.24, 5.5.38, or even 5.4.45 which you can switch based on folder in your cPanel. We have no immediate plans to upgrade Stevie PHP at this time because Tommy does not support PHP 5.3 and some of our users still require that old version.
  18. What FTP client are you using? I just updated the Tommy SSL certificate so maybe that will help. I am also able to log in with FTP and get a directory listing.
  19. Unsuspended.
  20. Read this: https://www.devside.net/wamp-server/wordpress-changing-the-temp-directory Change your tmp directory to something like /home/bereketg/tmp that way you will just crash your account not the whole server. Let us know when you understand what you need to do and are ready to fix your account then you can be unsuspended.
  21. Stevie and Tommy already supports Let's Encrypt. Stevie does not support SNI so you need to purchase a dedicated IP from Heliohost in order to install the Let's Encrypt certificate. Tommy supports SNI so you can install the Let's Encrypt certificate on a shared IP for free. Stevie: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=krydos.heliohost.org Tommy: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=krydos2.heliohost.org
  22. The email sending limit has been restored to the default value on the account fcsltd.
  23. Oh, I was looking at the account cyber of the person who started this thread. It looks like maybe you just posted on someone else's support request instead of creating your own, or are both accounts yours?
