  1. Since you created your account on Johnny the host is johnny.heliohost.org if you're connecting remotely, or localhost if your script is running on the server.
  2. That .war file could not be deployed because java is not enabled on your account. To request java and then check the status of your request go to the java button in your cPanel. Please be aware that since you picked the Johnny server the wait to receive java access is quite long due to high demand. The wait to receive java on Tommy is generally just a few hours. If you're in a hurry we recommend moving your account to Tommy. If you want to save yourself some work an admin can move your account for you if you're a donor. Just let us know the transaction ID.
  3. One or the other is going to work when you change that line. You just need to pick.
  4. Following the pattern https://krydos1.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/modules27.py https://krydos1.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/modules36.py
  5. Yes. Since https isn't correctly installed the server doesn't know which account to show so you get a more or less random account on the server which doesn't even belong to you.
  6. Unblocked.
  7. Your account is working. http://dragondr.heliohost.org/ If you can't log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ maybe try resetting your password?
  8. Yeah, right. I'm totally going to run the installer with /s. (Oh wait, maybe your /s didn't mean you were being sarcastic.)
  9. AutoSSL has been disabled on the account deny.
  10. There is no account matching that email, but there is an account created today with the email address azaini2211@gmail.com. If you typoed your email address you can change it by logging in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ , click continue to cpanel, and then click your username in the top right, and select contact information. As far as your domain goes, it won't start working unless you change your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.
  11. Mono/Java aren't installed on your account; they are installed on your domain. If you change your main domain they have to be installed again on the new domain.
  12. You're on Tommy now, but your domain isn't going to work until you make some changes. The recommended way to make it work is to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Thanks for the donation. We really appreciate it.
  13. Moving...
  14. We actually support ASP.net 4.7 now on Tommy.
  15. Did you change that line to match your username?
  16. Does it work if you just provide the username b0ardfac instead of b0ardfac@tommy.heliohost.org?
  17. How many emails do you expect to send per day?
  18. Added the Wiki and Chat options back as well.
  19. Removed the duplicates, and re-added the donate button. Thanks for noticing.
  20. Yes, we recommend sending no more than 50 emails per day otherwise you risk being throttled or suspended. If you have a valid reason to send more emails than that you can be whitelisted for a larger amount, but you have to answer some questions and provide some data first.
  21. Ok, I'm pretty sure the reason it worked before, and stopped working is because I changed some settings on Tommy to make it easier to catch spammers. I'm undoing those changes one by one until it works the way it did before. Creating a new account likely won't solve anything unless you switch servers. Anyways, Does it work now?
  22. I should also mention that Johnny, the server you picked, sometimes fails at adding ssl. If you want reliable, bug-free ssl we recommend Ricky or Tommy.
  23. Is it working now?
  24. A link to your backup has been emailed to your contact address. Please use myisam in the future to prevent this from happening again.
