There you go http://huaiyin.heliohost.org/jsptest.jsp

Your account is on Stevie which is offline. You can't login to a server that is offline. We've been recommending people create an account on Johnny or Tommy since it will probably be a while before we can get Stevie operational again. Your account is also on Stevie. See above.
-
Free Johnny signups open at midnight UTC and fill up pretty quick, or you can get an invitation to Tommy and create your account whenever you want. If you want to reuse a Stevie username or domain post it and an admin can free it up for you to be able to create a new account.

We have the paypal account optional enabled. Try this link https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=P63828V7WFM54 Type an amount and click donate with a card. You don't need an account that way. Just make sure you put your email address so we can send the Tommy invitation to you.

We're going to try to get some backups soon. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26860-stevie-progress/

An example.heliohost.org type domain can only be your main domain. Use this to change your main domain http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain

[Solved] Would Like To Move To Tommy
Krydos replied to absoluterad's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Oh my bad, I think I misunderstood. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25503-tommy-closed-beta/ Tommy open signups aren't available yet as we're still testing him and setting him up. As a thank you gift to anyone who makes a donation of any amount we send them a Tommy invitation to help us test him and make sure he's ready to go. We won't know for sure until we get an admin to the datacenter that Stevie is housed, but we suspect we're going to need to buy and upgrade his hardware to get him running again. The donations are a way to raise some money to buy new hardware and keep Heliohost running since we've had multiple hardware failures on our rather ancient fleet of servers. Stevie, for instance, has been running 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 7 years without any hardware changes. -

Thanks, every little bit helps. No problem. Addon domains can be deleted by an admin so you are able to recreate them on your new account. MX records will update themselves to the new server if you use our nameservers. The DNS settings that you need to set at your registrar are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Once you do that all the MX records and A records and CNAME and everything will be set to correct values by our system automatically.

Yeah, we've gotten a lot of $1 donations, $5 donations stuff like that. It all adds up though. We've gotten one very generous $100 donation. It's really interesting to see all the different currencies we've gotten from all over the world too. That would be amazing! Yes, it looked like all of the files were intact. The thing that will be tricky or impossible to backup is innodb databases, and other things like that which need a functioning service to backup properly. For innodb we'll probably be able to provide you with the files, and you can try to extract the data from them. We can definitely provide the database files, but I'm not sure how hard it is to extract the data from them. If it's like myisam databases it's really easy, but if it's like innodb databases. Based on what I've read it should be as easy as copying the old data files over. We'll see when we get there. Ouch. I'm sure you realize this already, but if anyone else is reading everyone should really make frequent backups. No problem. To migrate an account while the source server is offline you'll need the help of an admin to remove your old username, and any domains you want to transfer over. Just let us know. Thanks! Thanks! Will do.
