This is why we're scaling up slowly from a beta test. There are a lot of little things like this that still need to be fixed.
-
There is no account in the system with that username, and neither of those domains are hosted on our servers either so I'm guessing you found http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete to delete your own account already.

There you go http://camyth7.heliohost.org/test.jsp

Invite resent to your @yahoo.ca address. Most people don't consider usernames and domains private information.
-
On this page https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/module_installers/main.html?lang=perl it says Did you add either of those lines to your script?
-
Does it work now?
-
When you say that do you mean other username other than 'lounger' work? I resent your invitation. Try creating your Tommy account now.
-
Do you have any ideas on why your account has those subdomains? Were you using a really weak easy to guess password maybe?

Krydos replied to wolstech's topic in Escalated Requests
Can you forward that entire email to my @heliohost.org address? -
The username rittenhr, and the domain robrittenhouse.heliohost.org are now available to create a new account.
-
What is your transaction ID so I can send you a new invitation?

Java enabled. http://waterhcs.heliohost.org/jsptest.jsp

The username brooc, the domain ohadbenjamin.ml, and your contact email address are now available to create a new account. Let us know by posting your transaction ID if you need your invitation resent.

Thanks for the donation, and thanks for being so helpful on the forums lately!

Done.

Did you know you can use phppgadmin https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/3rdparty/phpPgAdmin/index.php to import your database dump? You don't need remote access to do that, but I'd be happy to grant it if you postdatabase usernamedatabaseremote ip

Sorry for the hassle, but Heliohost is a community powered not-for-profit organization not a regular for-profit company so we do things a little differently. All of our staff are volunteers, and the way we promote new admins is by having the community members help each other on this forum. The most helpful and active get offered a promotion so they can be more helpful. If we did all of our customer service in a private way no one new could help each other out, and the whole thing would fall apart. Where did you get that email address from? I can create it and have it forward to support@heliohost.org or something, but I'm curious where you found it. I changed some settings on that account so you should be able to post from it again. Done, but in order to create a new hosting account named lounger I had to change your forum username. Once you have created your hosting account let us know and we can change your forum username back. Let us know if you need us to remove any domains so you can add them to your new account.

What is your domain?

Does anyone other than you have access to your account? Here are your domains DNS=ulearnit.org DNS1=https.www.paypal.com-ssl-wenotice-dunusual-id5200198632-has-been-limited.ulearnit.org DNS2=https.www.neteller.com-ssl-wenotice-dunusual-id5200198632.ulearnit.org DNS3=neteller.ulearnit.org

The link to download your backup has been PM'd to you.

You should receive your invite within 24 hours of the submission after Paypal has fully transferred the funds. If you don't receive your invite within 24 hours post your paypal (or Skrill) transaction ID number and we can get it resent. Each domain you want to move to Tommy needs to be listed for removal by a root admin. The username gadgetcc, and the domain bringmelight.com are now available to create a new account.

Thanks for the help with the translation service!

No, that won't work. Your A record (or @ which I've never seen anyone call an A record before) is a Stevie IP. It really works best if you use our nameservers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) because everything is setup correctly for you, but if you insist on setting a manual A record you can find the IP address of your account in cPanel.
