  3. Your VPS failed to boot because there is so much filesystem damage from locking up over and over that it entered emergency mode instead of booting up. Each time your VPS runs out of memory and locks up it causes filesystem damage which means it is less likely to boot up correctly the next time. We've recommended several time increasing the memory on your VPS, or reduce the memory usage of your programs by uninstalling some of them. Since you failed to follow our advice and your VPS is in such bad shape we're also going to have to recommend doing a free rebuild now too. This means that all files and all settings will be deleted, and your operating system will be installed fresh again. If there are any files or settings you need, you should create a backup of them and download the backup somewhere safe prior to requesting the rebuild.

  9. Reverse DNS set. In order to send emails to an inbox you'll likely need to set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC which are need to be set on your DNS. Since you're using Porkbun DNS you'll need to set these records yourself. Let us know if you're having trouble figuring any of that out.

  12. If you want to switch to aaPanel we would need to do a full rebuild of your VPS since it already has Hestia on it. Since a rebuild deletes all files and settings we recommend taking a full backup of anything you need prior to the reset. Since you're asking about a new control panel and a second IP address you could just purchase a second VPS which comes with its own dedicated IP address, and we could install aaPanel on the new VPS rather than wiping the existing VPS111.

These old transfer accounts tend to have a lot of issues and strange bugs, so we recommend doing a reset on them anyways. This will also reset your storage back to 0 MB used.
  15. Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

  19. Your DNS records are wrong. You received this email 7 hours ago which you ignored You're welcome to use external DNS, but if you do we can't change the A and AAAA records for you. If you use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org we can update your DNS records for you when you move between servers which results in zero downtime, but since you're using external DNS you have to manually update the DNS records as the email instructed you to. Failure to change the DNS records results in a 503 from Tommy for a few hours, and then a queued page after that.

  24. The default sending limit is 50 emails per day, but the limit can be increased if you answer a few additional questions. If you'd like to make a donation you can do so with the links at https://heliohost.org/donate/ but no donations is required to increase your sending limit. You said 500 emails in "some days" so if you send 50 a day for 10 days then you wouldn't need the limit increased anyways. Not sure if 10 days is what you meant by "some days" though.
