Your DNS records are wrong. You received this email 7 hours ago which you ignored You're welcome to use external DNS, but if you do we can't change the A and AAAA records for you. If you use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org we can update your DNS records for you when you move between servers which results in zero downtime, but since you're using external DNS you have to manually update the DNS records as the email instructed you to. Failure to change the DNS records results in a 503 from Tommy for a few hours, and then a queued page after that.

Where you get the email addresses from? 3. How can recipients of your emails unsubscribe? 4. Do you have an unsubscribe@yourdomain.com address set up? 5. Do you have an abuse@yourdomain.com address set up? 6. Does each email have a link to unsubscribe? 7. Do you share or sell email addresses that you get? 8. Post an example of the messages being sent.

The default sending limit is 50 emails per day, but the limit can be increased if you answer a few additional questions. If you'd like to make a donation you can do so with the links at https://heliohost.org/donate/ but no donations is required to increase your sending limit. You said 500 emails in "some days" so if you send 50 a day for 10 days then you wouldn't need the limit increased anyways. Not sure if 10 days is what you meant by "some days" though.

Your new payment has been linked to your VPS and it has been powered back on. If you're having issues making a payment just tell us that and we can keep your VPS powered on for some extra time. If you ignore our emails and don't say anything to us we assume you've abandoned your VPS and just power it off to save server resources for paying customers.

You can also just occasionally go to /home/sisintex.heliohost.us/.trash and delete everything inside there before you exceed your limit. If you like having 970+ MB of junk sitting in the trash another option is you can use the link MoneyBroz posted to increase your storage.
