There was a power outage this morning and our datacenter was offline for a few hours. If you're using Cloudflare you can just create an A record with the value 65.19.154.77 and an AAAA record with the value 2001:470:1:1ee::111 and that will point the domain at your VPS. On the VPS you need to add the domain to Hestia for it to know which website you want to display on that domain.

This morning the city in California where our datacenter is located had a power outage. It took the city a few hours to restore the power, but once the power was back on all of our servers booted up. Everything should be online and fully functional now, but if you notice any issues please let us know.

In November you asked us to allow PostgreSQL connections to pg-service-dm-khanin-project.d.aivencloud.com on port 23579. Unfortunately our firewall doesn't allow us to whitelist domains. We can only whitelist numerical IP addresses. In November the domain pg-service-dm-khanin-project.d.aivencloud.com resolved to the IP 85.9.195.148. Today that same domain resolves to the IP 85.9.193.5. If the IP continues to change every month I recommend you contact this aivencloud and ask them if they can put you on a static IP. Is it working again now? -

I have no idea what the issue is. I submitted your username, solved the captcha, clicked submit, and it spun for like 0.05 seconds and then the message about renewing your account came up. I wonder if your antivirus or router or something is blocking it?

We had another person report a similar problem. They actually answered our questions though. They said they were using Google Chrome, and when they disabled their plugins the signup process started working for them. They said the plugins they disabled were Scribe and Meta Pixel helper. I have tested signups with both of those plugins installed, and still can't reproduce the issue. Not sure what is going on, but if you're still having issues let us know and we can investigate further.

503 errors are normal for up to 2 hours after being unsuspended. It's been about 2 hours now since you were unsuspended for the second time so they should have resolved themselves now. If you're still seeing 503 errors let us know. If you get suspended for a third time don't ask for an unsuspension unless you are ready to fix the issue immediately. -

Your first suspension was at 2025-12-20 13:17:12 for exceeding the 200 GB per day memory limit. You asked for an unsuspension, and were told to fix the issue immediately. Your first suspension ended at 2025-12-20 21:01:11 and then about 3 hours later you had not fixed the issue, or had made the issue worse somehow, and your second suspension started at 2025-12-20 23:59:48 because 76 simultaneous copies of your Telegram bot were running. -

Let us know if you figure out which plugin is causing issues. You're the third person in the last few weeks who has suddenly reported our signup process is acting strange, but the first two people stopped responding to us so we weren't able to get any information out of them. The strange part is we haven't changed any code, and every day plenty or people are able to signup without issues, so only a small percentage of people are seeing this issue, and we can't reproduce it. -

I tested your link in Google Chrome and it accepted the username and asked for a password like it's supposed to too. Do you have the latest version of Chrome? If not try updating. Do you have any plugins installed in Chrome? If so maybe try disabling them?
