Try creating the subdomain 23creative.myhoebbiet.heliohost.org then check the addon domains page. If your addon domain shows up that means it's good and the domain should start working within 12 hours. If it doesn't show up let us know and we can take a closer look.

Did you login in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ ? That url is guaranteed to update your last login date. Sometimes people log in using a url that ends with .html and it doesn't count. .html files aren't scripts so we can't edit them to count your logins.
