Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.

Unblocked. It looks like your SFTP client might have the wrong credentials.

Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...

Are you sure your username/password are correct?

I tried that exact same code with my Ricky account, and it works perfectly. What is the link to your script?

You can install composer scripts on the server. Just run the composer command on your home pc, and then upload the files. Check out https://stackoverflow.com/a/40545971 -
The server.xml is automatically created/edited. Changing it manually could easily break it for everyone else. What exactly are you trying to do?

The second one will never work because localhost.heliohost.org doesn't exist, and if it did it would be a user's account. Does the first one work now?

First of all Stevie crashed on 2016-11-30. That was well over a year ago, or 480 days to be exact. Since your Stevie backup was empty that means that your data was too corrupted and the backup script wasn't able to recover anything anyways. You'll have to use whichever backup you took prior to the crash to recreate your account. Let us know if you need any help.

[Solved] Request for .war file to be deployed.
Krydos replied to leponton's topic in Customer Service
That .war file could not be deployed because java is not enabled on your account. To request java and then check the status of your request go to the java button in your cPanel. Please be aware that since you picked the Johnny server the wait to receive java access is quite long due to high demand. The wait to receive java on Tommy is generally just a few hours. If you're in a hurry we recommend moving your account to Tommy. If you want to save yourself some work an admin can move your account for you if you're a donor. Just let us know the transaction ID. -
We always recommend using our nameservers because it makes everything easier since our system will automatically configure your A, CNAME, etc. records for you. It is possible to get one domain to work without our nameservers, but it has to be your main domain so you're good on that. For some unknown reason you have two very incorrect A records on your domain: Host: glados.network Class: IN Ttl: 10800 Type: A Ip: 65.19.143.3 Host: glados.network Class: IN Ttl: 10800 Type: A Ip: 64.62.211.133 Your A record should be 64.62.211.131. It shows that in the side panel in cpanel. Once you get that set and dns propagates your domain should start working. Let us know if it doesn't and we can take a closer look.

I've changed your forum username so that ioflaze is available for a hosting account again.

Tommy is currently donor only because he ran out of hard drive space for new accounts. Once we get our new hardware installed we'll be able to open free signups again.

Log in delay, Tomcat Install delay, Error 500 #BermudaTriangle
Krydos replied to claod's topic in Customer Service
You're on Tommy now, but your domain isn't going to start working until you get your nameservers set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org If you see a 404 error or a Johnny queued page please clear your browser cache and flush your os dns records. Thanks for the donation. We really appreciate it. -
The forum sends out an email explaining that you need to type the new username to login.

It looks like Byron only changed your display name, and not your login name. Both have to be changed to reuse a username. The only way to change a hosting account username is by deleting and recreating it. Do you want to do this or are you fine with ioflaze1?
