The main issue is a DDoS attack http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/archive/?2018-07-11 but the high load from the attack seems to have crashed apache as well. I've got apache running again. Hopefully the DDoS attack has ended too.

If your email had this link in it it means you missed the warning email and your account was already suspended for inactivity. The two day warning email links to https://www.heliohost.org/login/

You still don't have an index file. See https://wiki.helionet.org/Java_Servlet#Create_index.jsp for an example index.jsp. -

What does this .war do on your development set up? -
Please don’t post your database password. Context.xml goes in META-INF. You can put it there yourself.

[Solved] .aspx pages on Tommy server with domain name not loading
Krydos replied to loretzjr's topic in Escalated Requests
You can only have it enabled in one domain at a time. Enabling it on two domains takes up two slots which causes twice as much server load. The default is your main domain. -
http://lucasgv.com/ is working now.

[Solved] Requesting Remote Access for Postgres
Krydos replied to perdana's topic in Escalated Requests
Remote access enabled. -
There you go http://loretojr.heliohost.org/test.aspx @wolstech, that error probably just means there was already an httpd.conf rebuild in process so it couldn't edit the file. It would then just pick up the changes the next time httpd.conf is rebuilt.

It looks like it deployed http://tssinfo.heliohost.org/savemytime/

Messi shouldn't feel too bad because Ronaldo's penalty was saved today as well.

[Solved] requesting remote access for postgres db
Krydos replied to bharding's topic in Escalated Requests
Remote access enabled. Sorry for the delay on getting this done. I didn't get a notification for this post I think because it was moved instead of escalated like usual. -
You're on Johnny which has been under a pretty heavy ddos attack for the last couple days. Johnny's uptime is never great even at the best of times though. If you want better uptime and speed we recommend switching to Tommy.

Since the server is so new it wasn't set up to track high cpu/memory usage yet so I'm not sure where the load was coming from on your account. I can tell you that your account was the highest cpu usage when it was suspended. Your account is currently causing such a small amount of load that it doesn't even register on the monitor so I guess you fixed whatever the issue was. Feel free to check in occasionally and we can check your load for you.

You don't currently have any open mysql connections, but if you get that error try closing some of your mysql connections until the error goes away. If you can't get the error to go away on your own let us know and we can close the connections for you and possibly give you some idea on why the connections aren't closing themselves.
