  1. I sent an invite to the new email address, not the one you donated with. I noticed you have a Johnny account already. If you use the Tommy invite make sure you delete your Johnny account otherwise you could get suspended for having more than one account. A simpler method might be that we could just move your Johnny account to Tommy.

  3. Deployed. http://rahulrai.heliohost.org/theRoomyMVC/ Keep in mind if you don't change the filename it will only take a few minutes for your new .war to get deployed. Each time you change the name it will take up to another 12 hours to show up.
  4. Two options: Unsuspend your account on Johnny.Find another host that is alright with your account causing 7 hours of downtime.
  5. I'm willing to unsuspend your account on the condition that it is moved to Johnny. Causing 7 hours of downtime on Johnny isn't as big of a deal.
  6. Please try to understand that you caused 7 hours of downtime on our best server...
  7. Unblocked. Please log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ to prevent that from happening again.
  8. /usr/bin/python = 2.6.6 /usr/bin/python2.7 = 2.7.13 /usr/bin/python3.6 = 3.6.1
  9. It looks like most of your load was coming from /home/advil64/public_html/wp-login.php The best option in my opinion would be to delete wordpress entirely and use something else. Wordpress is the #1 cause of high load suspensions, and also responsible for most of our suspensions due to malware. Wordpress is just a poorly written, bloated, and vulnerable software. The next option is to disable logins to your wordpress site. Usually when wp-login.php is causing the most load it means some bots have found your site and they're trying to bruteforce their way in to inject malware. Disabling logins would help protect you from high load and malware. I have unsuspended your site. Please fix the issue quickly. I checked to see if your site was properly unsuspeded and it looks like it was already hacked when it got suspended. Please just delete the whole site and start over.
  10. Ok, hopefully that helps.
  11. The limit is in place to prevent one user from hogging all of mysql preventing anyone else from being able to connect. If I raised your limit you would likely cause issues for everyone else which is the entire reason we have the limit. Tommy offers a higher number of simultaneous mysql connections than the other servers due to having less users.
  12. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
  13. Mono has been installed on your account, but it looks like you have some asp.net files already that are preventing the test.aspx file from working.
  14. A link to your full backup has been sent to your contact email address.
  15. Deployed. http://rahulrai.heliohost.org/HibernateMvc/ Since you're on Johnny it could take up to 12 hours for the 404 error to go away.
  16. The hotmail blacklist removal page is returning a 503 error. We'll need to wait for them to fix their website.
  17. Most of your load came from /home/mrj/public_html/4movies/_ud.php /home/mrj/public_html/4movies/_cat.php
  18. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cicada_3301 We may or may not have hosted one of their sites. That's all I can say. Only trust what someone claiming to be affiliated with cicada 3301 says if it's signed with the proper PGP signature.
  19. Remote access enabled.
  20. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
  21. Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...

    Tommy

See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/32039-solved-tommy-is-down/?p=144777 Good call. I've seen this before. His site probably got posted on reddit or something. They call it the hug of death. I tried to keep his site online by blocking people with a lot of connections, but it wasn't enough. Suspension was the only solution. He got unsuspended a couple times and within minutes the downtime would start again.
  23. So, interesting that you should post this. Your account is 100% responsible for causing seven hours of downtime on Tommy due to high load. Perhaps it's time to try paid hosting? https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator It's only a penny for the first month. We can provide a backup if you wish, but your account is not getting unsuspended.
  24. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  25. #2 on cpu usage, and #2 on memory usage.
