We've gotten hundreds of donations from people in India through paypal. India is actually in the top 3 countries for where our traffic comes from. I'm not sure why you're having trouble with it. You can post a screenshot by uploading it to an image hosting service such as imgur or gyazo. I personally use gyazo because if you install their program you can just hit Ctrl-shift-C and select whatever part of the screen you want to upload. Then you can take the link and use a tag like this [img=https://i.gyazo.com/ea79c4ed34bf44cadb3005793c143f92.png] Which looks like this

You're on Tommy now. You should be able to log in to cpanel immediately. The TTL of our A records is 14400 so theoretically it could take up to 4 hours for everyone in the world to start using the new Tommy IP address of your website instead of the Johnny IP address. It usually doesn't stay cached for that long though. Your website may show queued for a while too while Tommy gets your account set up. There is an apache restart scheduled for 45 minutes from now, so that should fix the queued issue. If you see the queued message after 45 minutes from receiving this email be sure to clear your browser cache or try a different browser as sometimes the queued page gets saved in your browser. I also increased your storage to the maximum 5000 MB, and you don't need to log in to cpanel to keep your account active until 2021-02-02. Let us know if there's anything else we can help with. Thanks for the donation.

[Solved] Remote PostgreSQL Activation Request
Krydos replied to j0atm0n's topic in Escalated Requests
I have tested Phppgadmin on my Tommy account and it works for me so it looks like this is only affecting your account. Sometimes the postgres password and the cpanel password get out of sync and it can cause this issue. If this is what is happening you can fix it by going to https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/passwd/index.html and change your cpanel password to something else. Let us know if that doesn't fix it. -
Your domain is working for me. It's just a blank directory listing. To get started upload an index file to /home/cplopez/public_html/ and then go to your domain in your browser to view it.

There's 2 ways to move your account to Tommy. Option #1 Move for free: 1. You have to backup your account https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/backup/index.html 2. Delete your account http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete 3. Resignup for Tommy https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ 4. Restore your backup. Obviously step 3 can take a while. You need to at least wait until midnight UTC when free Tommy signups open, and then hope you're fast enough to get a free account. They usually fill in 10 seconds or less each day on Tommy. If you miss the window you have to wait until the next day. Some people have to try for several days in a row to get a free account. Personally I had to stay up until 2am for three nights in a row to get my production account because I wasn't fast enough the first two days. Option #2 Donate to move: 1. Donate $1 USD or more with any of the methods listed at https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ 2. Reply to this email with your transaction ID. 3. An admin will move your account for you and you don't have to delete and resignup.

Your account was suspended because our systems detected that you might have more than one account. We understand that no one ever reads our terms, but as a reminder, our Terms of Service state that each user is allowed to have only one account. The reason we have to enforce this rule is because our servers are already overloaded the way it is, and it wouldn't be fair to everyone that is turned away each day for you to have more than one when so many others have none. One common reason people create more than one account is to get around our storage limit of 1000 MB. Did you know that we will give you another 1000 MB of storage for each $5 USD donation you make up to 5000 MB total? If you'd like to increase the storage of your account just make a donation and then let us know your transaction ID and username. Another common reason people create more than one account is to host more than one website. Did you know that you can host as many websites on your one account as you want? Unlike a lot of free hosts we offer unlimited alias domains, unlimited addon domains, and unlimited subdomains. If you need any help adding another website to your account just let us know. Another common reason people create more than one account is to try out several servers at once, or to transfer a website between accounts on different servers. Did you know that an admin can move your account for you for as little as a $1 USD donation? This will save you the trouble of signing up again, and deleting your account, etc. Sometimes our systems flags you as possibly having more than one account when you share a computer with family, friends, coworkers, other students, etc. If this is your situation we apologize for the suspension, and we'll be happy to unsuspend all of the involved accounts after you provide proof that each of the accounts belong to a different person.
