Unblocked. It was for failed IMAP logins which means you have the wrong credentials saved in a mail client somewhere. You might want to stop that mail client from connecting or you will just end up getting blocked again.

It looks like your new domain is working already. You have a forced redirect to https though. Sometimes that can cause autossl to fail. You might want to remove the redirect until ssl is set up.

Unarchived. I happened to notice that your main domain is currently set to noone.helio.org. We don't own the domain helio.org, and I doubt you do either. Perhaps you meant to type noone.heliohost.org? If so you should change your main domain.

I actually emailed you to try to figure out who that donation came from. You use a scott_ email address on the donation that we don't have in our system. The real problem here is you set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.com and ns2.heliohost.com. That's not our domain. You said it right in your forum post, but set it wrong on freenom's website.

I looked in the error logs and this is the cause of cloudflare plugin not working for you PHP Fatal error: Uncaught GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException: Client error response [url] https://api.cloudflare.com/client/v4/zones/?name=ojplanet.ga [status code] 403 [reason phrase] Forbidden in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php/73/lib/php/cloudflare/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Exception/RequestException.php:89 That means cloudflare is refusing a lookup on your domain. When I try it on my account with my domain it works. Perhaps there is something about ojplanet.ga that cloudflare doesn't like? I recommend contacting them to find out why their server is giving 403 forbidden error.

The domain christian.org was, unsurprisingly, registered in 1997, and it's highly unlikely that you're the one who registered it. That domain isn't available for sale right now, but my guess is it would go for hundreds of thousands of dollars if the owner was to sell it. Pretty much every mega-church in the world would try to buy it. Perhaps you meant to type the available free domain christian.heliohost.org? If so you can change your main domain with this link: https://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain

Also I wanted to let you know that since you've mentioned wordpress a few times now, you need to keep an extra close eye on your account load https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/load/index.live.php Try to keep both of those bars low. Wordpress causes massive load compared to any other software you could install even if you hardly get any traffic.

Have you tried deleting your account here http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete Be sure you use your username, kiki, not your email address. Also people have a tendency to press submit twice on that form so the second click results in an error message saying that there is no active account. If you submit your account for deletion properly your domain will start to show an inactive page. This is normal, and if you renew your account at this point it will cancel the deletion. Also, if your intent is to move to Tommy did you know an admin can move your account for you so you don't have to delete and resignup for as little as a $1 USD donation? If you're interested in that go to https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ and choose any of the ways to donate there, and let us know your transaction ID. Then an admin will move your existing account and all of its settings to Tommy.

I wonder if it was /tmp being full that was preventing logins too? If so that has been fixed.
