Your account is actually working fine. The reason it shows as inactive is because your wordpress install forces https, and you don't have a valid ssl certificate. When your domain doesn't have a valid certificate it uses the default certificate on the server which defaults to the first alphabetically which is a.heliohost.org. That a.heliohost.org account is inactive so it shows the inactive page. TL;DR: Edit your wordpress so it doesn't require https.

If your addon domain shows up that means it's good and the domain should start working within 12 hours. If it doesn't show up let us know and we can take a closer look.
