  1. The reason you couldn't create a new topic is because you were trying in the escalated forum. The way it works is you can post in customer service, and then if it's something that the moderators and regular admin can't do themselves they can escalate it to the root admins or to me. That way if I'm really busy I can just ignore the customer service threads, and only take care of the escalated requests that no one else can do. Anyways, in order to enable remote access you have to specify a database user that you want to have access to the fabiogfg_db database.
  2. Remote access enabled.
  3. What is the error you're getting? What is the url to your flask app? Are you aware that since you picked the Ricky server you have to use python 2.7 with flask? Johnny and Tommy have python 3.7 for flask.
  4. Did you try getting the basic example to work first? https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/node.js
  5. The 100 is basically an indicator of how many accounts on the server your account is causing more load than. So if it says 100 that means that you're causing more load than 100% of the accounts on the same server as you. The actual memory value is largely irrelevant because we don't suspend accounts for crossing some arbitrary number. The system only suspends accounts when it absolutely has to to keep the thousands of other accounts online. You can cause as much load and use as much memory as you want as long as the server's uptime stays high enough. As soon as the server starts to have some downtime it suspends whoever is contributing the most to the downtime to stabilize the server and get it back online. But if some "real numbers" will make you feel better for some reason I'll waste my time calculating them for you: 2020-10-28 449.2 GB memory usage #1 on the server, 45% more memory than #2 2020-10-27 42.1 GB memory usage #95 on the server 2020-10-26 336.9 GB memory usage #2 on the server 2020-10-25 308.8 GB memory usage #3 on the server 2020-10-24 224.6 GB memory usage #22 on the server 2020-10-23 226.7 GB memory usage #3 on the server 2020-10-22 350.9 GB memory usage #1 on the server, 8% more memory than #2 If you don't like being suspended for high load I could always move your account to Johnny for you. The reason the system suspends high load accounts on Tommy is because we want to keep the uptime as close to 99.9% as possible. Johnny rarely has any accounts get suspended because the uptime isn't as important, and we only try to keep it above 95% or so. Maybe you'd be happier on Johnny?
  6. Does it work if you use localhost or 127.0.0.1 as the host?
  7. It looks like everything is set up correctly. Your NS records are right, your A record is right, and your MX record is correct as well. If you added the domain to your account recently it may just be a matter of waiting patiently for it to start working. How long has it been since you added the domain?
  8. It looks like you got suspended again for high load after Flazepe unsuspended you 4 hours ago. Since you just posted I'm going to assume you're ready to fix this now so I unsuspended you again.
  9. You checked it after I unarchived it, but before I posted.
  10. Unarchived.
  11. Postgres is the superuser, and if we gave you access to that account you would be able to see all of the postgresql databases on the server, and even delete them if you wanted to. So, no.
  12. Remote access enabled.
  13. What database user should have remote access to these databases? Host=65.19.143.6 (or tommy.heliohost.org) Port=5432 (the default postgresql port)
  14. Unarchived. Your username is victord1 now.
  15. There you go https://krydos.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/modules37.py
  16. Yeah, the load report just shows php 7.3, which it appears all of your domains use php 7.3 so that doesn't narrow it down much. You were suspended on October 13 so maybe look at your traffic on that day.
  17. Remote access enabled.
  18. Yes, remote postgresql access does not transfer when you switch servers. What postgresql user do you want to be able to connect to those databases?
  19. I'm glad your program is running. Thanks for letting us know you weren't using java anymore. It's been removed from your account.
  20. You're on Tommy now. I have increased your storage to 2000 MB, and you don't need to log in to cpanel to keep your account active until 2020-12-26. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thank you so much for your donation!

  22. So here's the problem. The best way to fix that error on InnoDB is to set the row_format to dynamic which allows for max column sizes bigger than 767 bytes, but you can only use dynamic if your file_format is barracuda though. Ricky is so old that he's still using antelope so he doesn't support dynamic row_format. I'm not going to try something like changing the innodb file format on a production server with thousands of accounts just so you can install your feng thing. That would cause a lot of downtime for people, and who knows how many other issues. Ricky is next on the list for an upgrade though. We were planning on upgrading him in February of this year, but then the whole pandemic happened and we can't safely get an advanced technician to the datacenter to perform the hardware upgrade that we need to do before we can rebuild Ricky. When it's safe to travel again getting Ricky upgraded will be our top priority. When Ricky is upgraded he will have barracuda file format. You have a couple options of what to do next, but probably the best option is to move to Tommy. He's much newer and has barracuda file format, and the default row format is already dynamic so I'm pretty sure your feng office will install without any problems. His uptime and speed are much better than Ricky too. The catch is free signups usually fill in less than 10 seconds each day so it can be pretty tough to get a free account. To move for free you have to backup your account, delete your account, recreate on Tommy, and then restore your backup. Sometimes it can take a few days of trying before you're fast enough to get a free Tommy account though. Another option is you can donate as little as $1 and an admin will move your account directly from Ricky to Tommy without your needing to delete and recreate. We still recommend taking a backup first in case something goes wrong. You should always take regular backups anyways. If you decide to take this route you can head over to https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ All it takes is $1, but if you feel like donating more every $5 gives you an extra 1000 MB storage up to a maximum of 5000 MB. So $6 is move to Tommy and 2000 MB storage, $11 is move to Tommy and 3000 MB storage, $21 would move you to Tommy and give you the max 5000 MB storage. You also get 1 month of inactivity immunity for each $5 you donate. Some people have donated enough that they don't need to log in to cpanel to keep their account active until 2022 or so. Once you get your site 100% set up it can be kind of annoying to have to log in to cpanel every 30 days. Another option is Johnny. He's also using barracuda file format and dynamic row format. The catch here is Johnny is an experimental server which means he's only suitable for experimenting. We try to keep Johnny's uptime above 90%, we try to keep Ricky above 98%, and we try to keep Tommy at 99.9% uptime. Johnny has a lot of load spikes and downtime, but free signups stay open for hours so it's really easy to get an account. Most people start on Johnny and then when they have their site all set up they move to Tommy for the uptime. Another option is a VPS. We're running a sale right now where you can get 2 GB memory, 2 CPUs, and 50 GB hard drive for $3.60 per month when you sign up for at least 6 months. If you want to try it out for a few days I can set you up with a trial. If you pay monthly it's $4 per month. You get a 10% discount when you do 6 months at a time. With a VPS you have root ssh access so you can install anything you want, and you only have to restart your webserver when you feel like it. Tommy's uptime and speed are pretty good, but a VPS is even better. If you need to upgrade your VPS later on you can too. We can do up to 32 GB memory, 8 CPUs, and 300 GB hard drive or anywhere in between. The VPS don't come with a web based control panel unless you install one. Some people assume they come with cpanel like our shared hosting. You can install cpanel though if you like it. Another popular web based control panel is VestaCP because it's free and pretty similar to cpanel.
  23. What’s the error with myisam?
  24. Does it work if you use myisam engine?
  25. Oh, I have no idea then. I didn't look at your site before I wrote all that. Those were just guesses based on what we usually see in most cases.
