Well, this is why we always encourage people to just add new domains as addon or aliases instead of changing their main domain. The problem is actually from when you changed your main domain from idunetwork.heliohost.org to robotok.idunetwork.eu.org, and it messed up your whole account. Your main domain has been changed to idunetwork.eu.org. I'm not sure if it's working or not and there is no way for me to test it since you use cloudflare though.

We looked at it in the past and decided against it because their fees are really high compared to what we use now. I suppose we can take another look to see if their fees are more reasonable yet.

The standard place for a sitemap is just in your website root. For instance https://www.heliohost.org/sitemap.xml There are plenty of free sitemap creating tools on the internet that will make the proper xml for you.

You may have asp.net installed on one domain. By default it's your main domain without ssl. Reinstalled.

Ffmpeg has been installed on Ricky. I always warn people though that using our servers to convert videos is literally the highest load thing you can do, and it has a very high chance of getting your account suspended. I strongly recommend converting the videos on your home pc instead.

You can already use whatever nameservers you want. The restriction is on adding a new domain to cpanel, but once you've added it you can change to whatever third party nameservers you want such as cloudflare.

What is the database name?

Please remove all references and graphcis stolen from ytmnd. While your account was being suspended for copyright infringement I noticed that your account seems to be a site dedicated to planning murders against various minorities. Please remove all content that would be considered inciting hate crimes, planning murders, engaging in various other illegal activity, etc. Given the two previous points, the racist prefix neo, the fact that your k in your username stands for killa, and your domain contains the word killa it is my personal opinion that your site was designed from day one to plan hate crimes and/or murders. However, you're right you do get some benefit of the doubt for staying under the radar for eight years or whatever. That means you get the same treatment as the rest of the illegal content like this that we find: You have 24 hours from the time of your account's unsuspension to get everything cleaned up and/or backed up. Failure or refusal to get everything cleaned up to our satisfaction will result in a permanent suspension. If you're unsure whether something needs to be removed or not it's safer to air on the side of caution. I'm going to leave your account suspended until you indicate that you're ready to clean it up.
