Creating extensions require superuser privileges so we have to create it for you on shared hosting. If you switch to a VPS plan, which start at $4 per month you can create extensions yourself. If you'd like postgis to be enabled on a database please post the database name.

They start at $4 per month. For shared hosting the changes can take anywhere from 1 minute to 2 hours, plus changes can revert to old versions depending on if your old code is cached on an Apache process. We only restart Apache every 2 hours to keep the uptime high.

We couldn't have gotten our fundraiser to 100% without the 78 other donors so thanks to you all as well. We just purchased the new server and it will be delivered to our datacenter in a few days. Ashoat is going to be visiting the datacenter to install the new server in our cabinet later this month. Once we have the new server physically installed we can begin installing Plesk and all the other software. Everyone who donated $30 or more will then be given early beta access to the new server with no high load suspensions and no inactivity suspensions.

VPS plan. On a VPS you have the whole server to yourself so you don't have to worry about other people's load, and you can only restart Nginx/Apache once every 6 months if you want to. How often does the 504 error happen?

Post the link to the report, not a screenshot of it. Based on the screenshot though, I'm pretty sure you just sent a spammy looking email rather than anything being configured wrong. Send a real email and you should get 10/10.

Actually the issue is you didn't log into your account for 4 months. When an account is reactivated after being archived the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records aren't automatically recreated for you. I think we looked at both when we did our first fundraiser, and decided to go with GoFundMe due to them having the lowest fees. Have you checked Kickstarter and Indiegogo's terms of service to see if we can give thank you gifts?

You don't need these subdomains anymore on Plesk. They are just junk that cPanel creates. Added.
