  1. Ok, let me know what happens when you hook a computer up directly to the internet instead of going through the router. Also do you see a success green checkmark at http://65.19.141.202/ or does that time out in your browser too?
  2. That is the correct URL, and I just tested it again and it's still working just fine. What do you see when you go to http://65.19.141.202/ ? Also have you tried changing the nameservers in your router to 8.8.8.8, and 8.8.4.4? The DNS settings could be blocking your VPS.
  3. I found this manual for a comtrend router. I'm not sure what model number yours is, but it might be similar. https://us.comtrend.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Manual_WR-5882.pdf Section 3-3 describes a firewall that will block outbound connections that it thinks are malicious. You could try disabling that on your router to see if that is what is blocking your VPS.
  4. I'm using Chrome too and your website loads up just fine without any errors or warnings and doesn't time out. It sounds like your router might be blocking the domain name, but not the ip address. If you can log into your router and disable any of those types of protections it might allow you to connect. It would be a setting on your router probably since it's affecting all of your computers. My router calls it "malicious sites blocking", but depending on your router it might call it something different. The other thing you could try is bypassing the router entirely by hooking your computer up directly to the modem if the router and modem are separate. That would allow us to confirm that it is the router that is blocking your connection. Do you know what DNS servers you're using? Some DNS servers filter domain names. You can use the DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Those are google's free DNS servers and they work for your domain. Once again this is a setting in your router that you can change. I have no idea why your router or computers or dns or whatever the issue is thinks your site is malicious though. It's clearly not.
  5. The mario- email address has been added as a contact method on your VPS account. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
  6. Is there any error message?
  7. A payment for a VPS?
  8. It's not possible to create new accounts right now since we lost our old licenses. Once Plesk is done we will be able to create new accounts.
  9. The extra payment has been refunded fully and canceled so it won't charge again. Your VPS ip addresses and everything were emailed to you yesterday to your paypal contact email address which begins with margu- If you can't find it they can be sent again, or if there is a better contact address it can be added to your account.
  10. Have you tried a different browser? According to the trace route you sent me it looks like your connection to the VPS isn't being blocked by your ISP or your router.
  11. That's really strange. I checked and google was flagging all of your emails as spam for some reason. We definitely didn't block you though. I manually approved your emails so they went through. Something strange is going on with your computer or internet connection or something. Never seen anything like it.
  12. Try these settings: Protocol: FTP Host: ricky.heliohost.org Port: 21 Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available Logon Type: Normal User: rmurthy Password: <same as SFTP> I looked at the logs and all it shows it you logging in successfully and then disconnecting 1 second later.
  13. There you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=swamyschool.tk
  14. SFTP on Ricky through Filezilla is working just fine for me. I restarted the process though anyways. Can you connect now?
  15. You can still login via SFTP to edit your files and update your website if you need to. Yes, the upgrade to Plesk will happen. We haven't given up.
  16. Do you have that malware program running on all of those computers? It could be that it's blocking the FTP connection. Your website is working fine for me. This is what I see https://i.gyazo.com/242916a86777059ada7a20c66a54993e.png
  17. Well, you managed to upload your files, but not to the right place so it's working partially, and I believe it will work eventually. We just need to figure out what the issue is. Did you see the email where I suggested trying /web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html/ for the remote directory instead of /home/admin//web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html/
  18. The FTP password for the admin account is the same password as the Hestia password I emailed you. I just tested it in my FTP client and it works for me. I can log in and look at the files and everything is working.
  19. Well, if you used the correct remote path and the wrong username it probably would have ended up where it was because the wa2uet user doesn't have access to the admin user's home directory. HelioHost is based in the US.
  20. Ah ha, I found the weather station files. You're using the wrong username and the wrong remote directory. Incorrect weather station username: wa2uet Correct weather station username: admin Incorrect remote directory: /home/wa2uet/ Correct remote directory: /home/admin/web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html/ The confusion is probably coming from the username wa2uet is used for SSH, and the username admin is being used for SFTP. If you need to log in and install new software via SSH then you would use wa2uet, but if you want to upload files to your website you would use the username admin. Let us know if you need any additional help.
  21. You need to delete the default index.html file in the remote directory. That's the file that is showing the construction page. To show you that file I renamed the under construction file to index.default.html and made a new index.html that just says "Hello." that you can see at https://wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/ I don't see the weather station files in the correct remote directory though. Not sure where they're going. The correct remote directory is /home/admin/web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html/
  22. Looking at the log, it looks like apache doesn't know what vhost it's supposed to be using the certificate on. The vhost entry is just blank. Not sure why. That one worked. There you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=pusuluri.heliohost.org I tested SFTP on Ricky and it works for me, and I know SFTP is working on Ricky for a lot of other people too. Perhaps if you enabled more verbose error logs in your FTP client it would give a clue why just your account isn't connecting. Maybe a wrong password?
  23. Feel free to reply to this email address support@heliohost.org or the Yash and my personal email addresses. Just keep in mind that support@heliohost.org is posted for all of our community to reply to so it may get an answer quicker, but you shouldn't post any private information to this address. Hitting reply-all to the welcome email with all the ip addresses and ports and everything will go only to Yash and I who are the main VPS admins for HelioHost.
  24. An email has been sent to you with the details of how to log in to your VPS and the FTP settings needed to upload your weather station site. Let us know if you have any questions.
