Our main IPv4 that sends no-reply@heliohost.org and support@heliohost.org is listed in the UCEPROTECTL3 as well. We have 3994 accounts using Gmail. All of them get delivered to Gmail just fine so your information is very incorrect. If our main IP wasn't able to send emails to those account none of them would have been able to click the link and create their account in the first place.

Same thing as the last time you asked this The main domain orcagroup.top isn't hosted by us and the mail isn't hosted by us either so it gets disabled, and when a main domain gets disabled it takes all the subdomains offline too regardless of whether they are hosted by us or hosting mail with us. The last time you asked about this I removed the main domain and just added the subdomain that is actually hosting mail with us so it wouldn't get disabled. Since you re-added the main domain which isn't hosted by us they all get disabled again.

It looks like you forgot to update the port in /etc/systemd/system/sockets.target.wants/ssh.socket and then run systemctl daemon-reload before restarting SSH. SSH should now be running on port 212. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

If you cancel this way you don't even have to talk to us, and we will keep your VPS on until you run out of prepaid time. When your VPS expires we will send you 1 email with a link to renew if you want, and if we don't hear back from your within 1 day we will power off your VPS and eventually delete it a month later without bothering you again. Contacting support isn't required if you're an extremely antisocial person, but we'd love to hear from you anyways. We are planning on adding the ability to cancel your own subscription and delete your own VPS through the dashboard on our own website, but since we're a small non-profit powered by donations and volunteers we don't have a massive full time workforce to implement all of these features quickly. If you're interested in helping us implement features like this, please let us know because we would love to have more volunteers. The ability to cancel your own VPS is one of the higher priority things we have on our todo list right now, so thanks for the feedback letting us know we have our priorities straight. We haven't added this feature yet, because we're understaffed and overworked, but it definitely could be worse. A lot of companies intentionally make it extremely difficult to cancel on purpose in the hopes that they will be able to continue billing you for something you don't need or want anyone or may not even realize you're still paying for it. For instance, I recently moved and I wanted to cancel my Spectrum internet. I called, and over the next 52 minutes had to talk to 4 different people, and was put on hold at least a dozen times, and just hassled relentlessly trying to convince me to keep paying them before they finally canceled it for me. That is a terrible way to do business, and we will definitely never do anything like that. Anyways, your subscription has been canceled, and you won't be billed again. For anyone who searches and has the same issue, the problem was the plugin was passing the scope via the URL like this ...&scope=userinfo.profile+... and mod_security was blocking it because it contained the string .profile. The solution is either to disable that mod_security rule on the domain, or change the plugin so it doesn't pass that particular scope variable via the URL.

I transferred your $10 Morty payment to a Mars VPS, so you'll get an email on 2025-03-27 asking you if you'd like to set up a subscription to keep the VPS active. You should have just received an email with the IPv4, IPv6, and other information in it. I moved your Morty account back to Tommy, and you should get an email in a bit when it's done. Since you want to keep both your VPS and your Tommy account they have to have unique usernames, so your VPS username is spforsomvps, and your Tommy username is spforsom. Since they both use the same email address if you try to login at https://heliohost.org with your email address it will default to the Tommy account. If you want to login to the VPS use the username spforsomvps instead of your email address. Let us know if you'd like to have a free control panel installed on your VPS. As it is now it's just a blank OS with nothing preinstalled, not even Apache or Nginx, or MySQL, etc.
