Normally just the email address would be enough, but I didn't find anything with that.

For now it only affects new VPS. Existing VPS can continue with the sale price for now. We may end the sale price for existing VPS at some point in the future and then people would be able to pay $3 more per month to keep their memory, or pay the same amount as before but have 1 GB less memory. There is no set date for the sale price to end for existing VPS at this time.

There's 20 GB free now. Thanks for letting us know. The apache logs and a lot of other stuff doesn't automatically rotate without a license.

I'm surprised email works at all on Tommy. You could try sending the email through an external service such as gmail.

Nothing that I know of has changed during that time frame. Without any error messages or any way to test it myself all I can do is just try things randomly I guess to see if it starts working again. I restarted exim. Does it work now?

Sorry about that. Sometimes paypal takes a few hours to approve the payment, so you end up getting the message on our website that the payment hasn't been approved yet after you pay. This has only happened a couple of times, but it looks like everything is good now so I've started the VPS creation. You will receive an email to your paypal contact email address with instructions on how to log in to SSH as soon as it's done. Thank you for signing up for our VPS service.
