The longest plan we have right now is 6 months and you get a 10% discount for signing up for it and it auto-bills you every 6 months. Is there any reason you can't signup for a 6 month plan, and absolutely need a 12 month plan? It is possible to do a 12 month plan, and we've had a few people ask about it, but it couldn't do more than a 10% discount over the 1 month plan price.

I tried to install DBD::MySQL for you and got the error DBD::mysql requires MySQL 8.x for building. Version reported by mysql_config --version: 10.6.17 So it seems like it needs an older version of MySQL, which we obviously aren't going to downgrade on Tommy so you either need to figure out how to use MariaDB 10.6.17 with your Perl script, or get a VPS on which you can install whatever version of MySQL that you want.

If your website takes more than 374ms to 1000ms to load then it's your software or your network connection, not the server.
