You can enable IonCube loaders by just putting the libraries in a local path to the encoded files. We can't install them server-wide due to an issue with cPanel.

Is it just a Python library? If so, just try uploading and running it... you should be good. Otherwise, I'd need to know how it functions. Does it have Python call C code?

You can install Rake from cPanel using the Gems installer. Past that, I am unaware as to how to run them but I am sure it is possible. I suggest checking up with some Ruby folks on that.

If you were getting cPanel login errors in the past, try logging in again. athsur: your account has been unsuspended.

It's not a zone transfer. You just have add NS record to your existing zone file. You should be able to log in to cPanel from the HelioHost homepage. However, you won't be able to use your domain name without adding the NS records at your registrar.

It doesn't look like there's a zone file for rochak.com.np. Are you sure it's been added to your site? If you're sure, try deleting it and re-adding it.

You signed up with a Hotmail account. Hotmail blocks all emails coming from HelioHost. Just login at the HelioHost home page and your control panel should be accessible.
