Second of all, it looks like the renew script doesn't update your cPanel login time. Login to cPanel before your account gets resuspended. If it gets resuspended, unsuspend again and login to cPanel.

Unfortunately, we currently have it disabled due to the load it takes on the server. However, I would suggest Google Analytics - it has more features than AWStats, and it's rather easy to set up.
You're probably the first person to try using MySQL stored procedures around here. They're relatively new and I'm not sure how supported they are from PHP or our version of MySQL, as well as if they work under cPanel's restrictions.
No, there is no "session limit" in cPanel. Sessions are something created by individual applications; as such, you should probably contact the SMF folks.
