directly under the root directory then under that there is a bin a lib and a gems directory

I have noticed that the ruby folder takes up nearly 10mb and although I have tonnes of space I would rather not have clutter that I will not use. as I wont be doing anything with ruby, would anything happen if I were to delete the ruby folder?

well its been 96 for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and my sub domain isnt there and my account on cpannel is still inaccessible, but I cant re-sign up because the details I used were already taken. so it must have been processed, its just not working

sorry... it isn't. i still get log in attemt failed. and my subdomain still doesnt exist.

24 hours ago byron told me him being the administrator. he has not replied so here I am. my origional post is here my problem is this: i signed up to heliohost 3 days ago and the website said I would be able to log into cpanel in 24 hours. i get the error login attempt failed every time I try. I have not received an email which I think I should have, and my sub-domain (gazellegaming.heliohost.org) is non existent. if I try to re-sign up with the same domain and user name, the website says that it is already taken. so it must have worked. I can wait for a solution, but I would like to know what's going on.
