  2. Domain added, it'll take effect in about an hour and a half. If you haven't switched to HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Johnny's IP address for the domain to work.
  3. Ok, I'm not sure why your Wordpress install disappeared then. I assumed you installed it after the move started.
  4. Based on the current content of that domain, it belongs to a commercial/for-profit business. Per our Terms of Service and Plesk's nonprofit licensing terms, you cannot use a Tommy account for hosting websites or services related to a commercial business. If it is being used commercially, you will need to move to Morty before we can add this domain. If it is not being used commercially, please explain how a construction company website is not commercial in nature (if it's a demo or the like, please put a big DEMO or similar notice on the site to make this obvious).
  5. Moodle even without extensions is notorious for this. It's really meant to be installed on a VPS, and no matter how much you try to optimize it, you're going to get keep getting suspended unless you move to either Morty or VPS. It's simply too heavy for the free servers. My suggestion is you uninstall it entirely and find a different product. https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load Moodle was quite literally the heaviest app we've tested. And it's so heavy that it will exceed the limits just sitting there doing nothing. This is your second time in a week too. Every time you cause high load, you slow the entire server down for thousands of other users. A third suspension on Johnny for high load may be permanent, and require you to move to Morty to be unsuspended. Please let us know when you're ready to actually fix the problem, and we'll unsuspend you.

  9. Domains added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domains can take up to 2 hours to function. Is the mail.gurujeebuilders.com going to be used by a commercial business? Per our Terms of Service and Plesk's nonprofit licensing terms, you cannot use a Tommy account for hosting websites or services related to a commercial business. If it is being used commercially, you will need to move this domain to Morty.

  23. Node has been turned off on your domains and the node modules and cache folders have been removed. You're now sitting around 908MB. You should be able to download the backup directly from the backup/restore page in Plesk (there's an arrow on the far right to download). Is the option missing for you?
  24. Disk space is not real-time and can take up to 24 hours to reflect after changes are made. I manually recalculated the disk space for you and it dropped from 926 to 143MB used. Do you still want your account reset?
  25. Thank you for the information
  26. Your account has been reset, and you'll receive an email shortly with a link to complete the process and create a new account. If you need any data from your old account, a backup of your old account may be available at https://heliohost.org/backup/ once the process is complete.
