Hey how can I connect my existing domain ? When I created my account I had to put a domain that was with .heliohost but I dont want to use it. Any help ?

I've been setting up a notification system for users on a service I have set up on heliohost, but have encountered a major issue. I am sending mail via a python script (mail.py), which takes several arguments and sends the mail, but my php cannot use shell_execute or system to run this script. What is a method that is allowed on heliohost?

The IP address 42.109.170.78 has been blocked for trying to log in to FTP with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your username and password are saved correctly in your FTP client. Hi, I am unable to add extra users with cPanel. They appear to be created, but they can't log in. I've tried : username and passwordusername@< our domain >.heliohost.org and passwordouruser@our.email and passwordI tried the three above on the addresses : https://www.heliohost.org/https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ Am I doing something wrong? Which of those is correct?Am I limited to a single user?Is this a known issue? Thanks

Hello all, So far it's been pretty great to be able to use this service. I'm still learning the ropes here, I'm struggling to get my Java websocket up and running. I'm trying to run a small matchmaking service for my indie game Warpaint. I've got Java enabled on Tommy, and my .war is successfully deployed. Servelets respond as expected. I'm not sure exactly how to structure the url to access the websocket, or how to test that the program is listening for incoming websocket connections. Here's what worked at my last hosting solution: (wss://warpaint-l4dd3r.rhcloud.com:8443/socket) I'm aware that the default websocket ports, 443 / 8080 should work for Heliohost, so I'm trying this url: (wss://tommygun.heliohost.org/warpaint11/socket) But it's not working, and I'm not sure how I might continue debugging. Has anyone set up a Java websocket on here before? Best, Adam -

Hi Helionet / Heliohost I would like the mods to help me with "forced" account deletion. I have created an heliohost account a long time ago by the username of jiajun , and closed it since I dont use hosting anymore. After a while , I decided to continue using heliohost hosting , but when I tried creating an account on stevie server by the username of jiajun , it said that there was an account error: " Dear jiajun, Your hosting account at HelioHost has accounted an error during installation. The error is: Sorry , a mysql user with the name jiajun already exists. Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards, HelioHost Staff " I have also tried the deletion script to attempt to delete my account , but the system said there was no account with such username. Please help me! Hey, Almost from the first day I setup my website (WordPress) my hopstng has been crazily slow and I receive frequent 522 errors and sometimes 500 and 404 errors. I know my website works because I have successfully connected before. I am using cloudflare but that only slightly improves the speed. My hosting is on the johnny server and my site is nestmc.tk/wp. This problem makes my hosting fairly unusable. I need help. Thanks -Evan

Hello. I created an account on HelioHost with the same username as here, and after 24 hours my page is up. So when I tried to go to the C-Panel, it gave the error, "The login is invalid" So the first thing I did was to press the reset password button, but that didn't send any emails to me. So out of luck, I found the account deletion page, and I entered my login details and then it worked. I got a suspended page on my site. Which was verrryyyy weird cause I couldn't log in. So I found the reactivate page and entered my login details. It worked. My page was up again. (I did not upload any content yet, as I've been only here for 24 hours.) Now, the problem is. I can't login. I can use the 'login into c-panel' on the homepage, and it will recognize my account (Reason I know it recognizes my account is because of the next sentence.) and take me to the c-panel Johnny login. Hello, we just bought a new SSL Certificate, and so I cleared the old Certificate CSR. I tred to generate a new CSR to copy to the CA cite to begin installation, but no matter what I do I cannot seem to generate a new CSR. Help Please, It is for azseniorservices.com, on Stevie, is there something wrong with the site, seems like this should be alot easier, Does it need a renewal or something? I have an account on the server heliohost stevie and I install phpBB3 forum. but because I am afraid my account getting banned so I'll disabled the email feature on my forum board. Like this picture : what I want to ask: 1. Can I activate feature Send e-mail? I only need it for feature LOST PASSWORD 2. Hi Domain Name: zoraw.ar.com Until an hour ago, my account was working perfectly fine I was configuring my FTP accounts, when I suddenly got an error and had to sign in. since then, I havent been able to sign in into cPanel. My username is Zorawar and I used the reset password (which cant be used more than twice apparently) but I still cant get in. Further, The Account status recognises my username but the Account Renewal Script does not. Please help me out, I have a dead line with my work.

Hey. I'm trying to make a banned user script. I want it so if a banned user trys to enter the chatroom, it brings them to a new page.
