  8. I'm not sure what could be causing that then. For troubleshooting sake, just go back to using your site normally and if you are suspended again, we can look into the problem. (if you are ever suspended again, reference this post by including the link so as to ensure you are not suspended for an unnecessarily long time)

  12. I am very sorry that this happened, but there is simply nothing I can do. We cannot back up every users website because we do not have the resources. I hope that you have a backup of your site so you have not lost anything. If you choose to leave HelioHost, we would miss you, but I would understand. If there was anything I could do, I would, but I cannot. I apologize again on behalf of HelioHost.

    Cpu Limit?

    We do not have concrete limits, but we do have a strict policy against server abuse. Abusing the server is unfair to other users as it harms everyone's websites. If you do abuse the server, your account will be suspended. If you agree to reduce server usage, you may have a second chance, but a repeat offense may lead to a longer or permanant suspension. The best way to see if you will overuse system resources is simply to try and see. Also, please familizarize yourself with our Terms of Service to make sure you are not liable to be suspended.   18. So what exactly is the problem? Do you get an error when going to those pages?
  19. Are you trying to duplicate another users files and download them or just run them on his site?
