ds Johnny dope-sheet dotcom Not sure if the message below We did what was required to solve any problem so this would 'Never' happen again we even stopped adding content ...It is obvious that a lot of accounts are suspended every week (Updates tell us how many)...Why do you run your service in this way it makes no sense (not intended to be rude) you must be aware of how 'Hosts' policies vary from company to company with some other hosts who require a simple log in to their forums every month to not to be suspended from a account; so without losing a entire site which has been made with much care love & attention, if you provided advice to your register users (Free or Premium) these matters would take care of them self. This is our 'Third Strike' (which is a very harsh action for us to face) on your 'HelioHost' service so we guess you are going to dash our hopes of continuing our very valuable journey with our site & all hard work deleted as we can not see why you would allow us to keep our site active.We never in a million years wanted to break any rules & the first time it happened it was a HUGE shock to us & no detailed info on the problem was provided to us. We really really hope not see the words "Your site has been deleted, You can go & set up another account with us if you like" We are humble & wondered what our future as a website will be...We hope to be blessed in this situation... Thank You for unsuspending our account & with a little guidance we can 100% fix this problem for good We have taken the following steps to reduce 'Server Overload' We have changed the config.php code to include the following "define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);" then created a CRON job to run every month with this command "wget -O /dev/null http://www.dope-sheet.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron"...We wondered if it is this ok to run the CRON job? otherwise we will change or delete it. If there is any advice to offer us from your backend that could help us solve this issue please do get in touch as we want to stick to the rules, just require a slight reassurance that we are dealing with the over load on 'Johnny' server correctly, as in 100% fixed & to the Heliohost standards. Johnny c. dope-sheet.com We hope that you have not deleted our account as we would like a chance to fix the problem that caused your system to place the site 'www.dope-sheet.com' under suspension.Noticing the other suspended users 'Posts' on 'Heliohost' it seems like you do give some users a chance of success to regain control over their site.With respect can we not be deleted as we are acting as quick as possible to address any problems before files have been deleted, 3-6 months of hard work gone before we could back up fully is not the kindest thought.So please reinstate our site & we will not break any terms, rules or regulations (even though we still don't know what the problem is yet).
