  1. You broke the rules. I doubt that your account was hacked. If you can prove that it was, I can unsuspected your account, but otherwise, sorry. It's staying suspended.
  2. Please see http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/12732-suspended-sajjad/page__view__findpost__p__80997
  3. Your account was suspended because there are two accounts from your IP address, which is not allowed. Would you like to keep sajjad or sajjadk? After you choose which to keep active, the other will remain suspended and will eventually be deleted.
  4. Your site was suspended for phishing which is against the Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up.
  5. Johnny seems to be running normally now. Johnny is less stable than Stevie, so downtime like this is not uncommon.
  6. After creating your co.cc account (from the co.cc website) and registering a domain, you have to set up the domain (click the Set Up button from the co.cc website, which is shown after you click the domain in your account dashboard). From the set up page, choose the first option which is Name Servers. After you select that radio box, two text boxes will show. In the first one, type ns1.heliohost.org and in the second type ns2.heliohost.org and save the changes. From your cPanel, create a parked domain and enter the co.cc domain you just set up.
  7. You can take a full backup of your home directory from cPanel, which is easier and faster than using FTP. If you want to do it from FileZilla, open your Site Manager and select the Transfer Settings tab. Check the box for Limit number of simultaneous connections and set the maximum number of connections to 1.
  8. Your account is not listed as queued, so this is posted in the incorrect forum. To answer your question, your nameservers are not set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. From co.cc, log in and select qsystem.co.cc. Click Set Up and select option 1 (Name Server). Enter ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the two boxes respectively. Allow 24-48 hours for the change to take effect.
  9. There is no account in our database with that username or domain. It was probably deleted due to inactivity.
  10. Your site was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to keep your load down as when one user overuses or abuses our servers, it slows them down for everyone. Thanks.

    Stevie Phppgadmin

Users on Stevie may not be able to use phpPgAdmin. It will report that your login failed, even if your account details are correct. The administrators are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it as soon as possible. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
  12. I killed all your processes. Try not to use FTP, cPanel, MySQL and PHP all at the same time. If you do start to get 500 errors, waiting a few minutes will usually solve the problem. Or you can post here and we can kill your processes.
  13. It was caused by high server load. I have unsuspended your account. Please try to keep your server load down, as it slows down every users site when one user overuses our services. Thanks.
  14. Your site is not suspended, so this is posted in the wrong forum. I looked up your account and your username is not cakeofempire it is simply cake.
  15. There is no account in our database by that name.
  16. Set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and allow 24-48 hours for the DNS to go through. Seeing a queued page for 24-48 hours after changing your domain is normal.
  17. It was caused by high MySQL usage. I have unsuspended your account. Please try to keep your server load down, as it slows down every users site when one user overuses our services. Thanks.
  18. I have unsuspended ankit002. ankit001 and ankit003 will remain suspended.
  19. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  20. Your account was suspended because there are more than one accounts associated with your IP address, which is not allowed. Please provide the username of the account you would like to keep.
  21. Your account was suspended for causing high MySQL load. I have unsuspended your account, but causing excessively high MySQL load in the future may result in another suspension. When a user abuses one of our services, it slows down that service for all users, not just you.

When HelioHost.org is down, you can always access live chat at http://webchat.freen...nnels=heliohost We suggest bookmarking that link so you can access it when HelioHost.org is unavailable.
  23. Have fun on your new host. It's been a pleasure serving you.
  24. First of all, HelioHost reserves the right to suspend your account without notice. Second of all, if you are so upset with this service as you seem to be, feel free to leave. Third, if you properly followed the instructions for handling suspended accounts, you would be able to find out why your account was suspended (and possibly have it unsuspended) by posting in the Suspended and Queued Accounts forum. There you would see further instruction that you need to provide us with your username, domain and server before we can look anything up in our database. You gave us a complaint, but absolutely no account information to assist us in resolving your issue. Please confirm that the account that Byron posted above is yours. If it is, then, as Byron said, you were suspended for causing high MySQL load. If, after your provide your account details, you agree to try to limit or throttle your MySQL usage, you can have your site unsuspended. This is a free service run entirely by volunteers. Please be patient and we will help you as best we can as quickly as we can.
