Hello, I'm just get started with your hosting and trying to setup bugzilla for my project on it. Because I have no access to shell, I've used cron to run instalation script. Unfortunatelly first time I've made a mistake in command and it hangs. It takes me near the hour to shutdown it, so most probably because of this my hosting was suspended. Now the installation is done, and my account will no longer cause such a problems. Sorry for the overloading. Hello again, I was managed to kill the process with cron. Issues is solved.

Good time of day, Heliohost administration. I'm trying to setup bugzilla for opensource project using your hosting services. Since there is no access to shell, i'm running the installation script with cron jobs. After some my mistake it appears script hangs and constantly eating space of my user. Could you please kill this hungry deamon and related logs (I assume this are logs who takes an increasing space)? Cron command: cd /home/sanrize/public_html/bugzilla; /usr/bin/perl ./checksetup.pl > ./sanreport.txt 2>&1 Username: sanrize Hosting url: boostscript.heliohost.org Thanks in advance, Alex PS: I've deleted file /home/sanrize/public_html/bugzilla/sanreport.txt, but it still executing and storing some logs in hidden place.
