  15. It is safe to remove frontpage extensions. If you don't know what frontpage is now, you will likely never use it as it was discontinued by it's manufacturer (Microsoft) years ago.

Both show the same page. And there is a way to contact administrators. The best way to contact us is through this forum, which you did.
