Migration to Tommy has been succesful after all Stevie accounts were wiped, but as a leftover HelioNet account is locked saying "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" everywhere. hello. my account has been locked due to some weird error that says password bashing or something. i don't remember exactly. i mistyped my password clicked back and resubmitted and mistyped again and finally my account got locked. says try again later. but is been a while it stopped working completely. i cannot access ftp or anything. i tried to reset password but that doesn't help because no matter what password i put it just doesn't let me attempt a login anymore. please help! thank you
