I don't know exactly, but it's been years.

You were suspended for causing high MySQL load. Please do try to limit your large surges of db inserts. Thanks.

Try changing your main domain back to a .heliohost.org domain. Wait for that to fully process (make sure you can access the website from the new domain) and then add a parked domain in cPanel. After that, it could take up to 24 hours to propagate the DNS.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. Please try to keep your server load down as it slows down the server for all users, not just you.

You're welcome. Congrats for making your site so popular!

If you switch your .htaccess and .htaccess-old, your site will be unsuspended.

We make a lot of money from our ads. It is enough to sustain HelioHost.

[Solved] Suspended Account:seifhate
cl58 replied to seifhate's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. -
After unsuspending your account, it immediately starting to slow down Stevie again. We are glad to see your site so successful, but it is harming our hosting for everyone. We placed a .htaccess file in your public_html directory so that your site shows suspended to users, but you can access cPanel and FTP to take a backup of your site. At this time, we just cannot host your site. Please take your backup and move to paid hosting as soon as possible. Your old htacess file is called .htaccess-old so be sure to remove .htaccess and change .htaccess-old to .htaccess when taking your backup.

You broke the Terms of Service which you agreed to when signing up. If you were not going to follow the rules, you shouldn't have bothered making an account. Besides, it is good practice to regularly take backups of your site just in case.

When did you add the parked domain?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer dedicated IPs. Our parent host charges $12 per IP and we therefore have to charge that. That money goes directly to them and we do not keep any of it. Are you still interested?

Anush is correct about our income coming from advertisements and donations, but at this point HelioHost is self-sufficient and djbob (Ashoat) usually does not have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses. Should the need arise, however, he would be the one to do it.

Glad your question got answered! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.

In FileZilla, go to your site manager, select your FTP account, click on Transfer Settings, and select the box that says Limit Number of Simultaneous Connections and set the Maximum Number of Connections to 1. I have included a screenshot of the settings screen.

[Solved] Accidental Account Deletion And Domain Change
cl58 replied to kcctb's topic in Customer Service
Sorry, but all deletions are permanent. We do not keep any backups. You are free to create a new account. -

[Solved] Website Isn't Ready For A While!

Your namesevers still have not been updated. If you do not change the nameservers from the co.cc website, it will not work with HelioHost. -
[Solved] Website Isn't Ready For A While!

Your account is active, but you did not change your nameservers for your domain to our namesevers. They are currently set as ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com You need to go to your domain registrar (co.cc) and change your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org It may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours for your site to start working after updating the namserver records, but that is out of our control. -
phpMyAdmin should not ask for a username as password if you click it through cPanel, but if it does, it should be the same as your cPanel username and password.

As anush said, all free software is allowed as you are using it legally. If you purchase a non-free software you are free to use that too, because it has been purchased.
