  11. The simple answer would be no since IPs are logged to prevent duplicate accounts. However, exceptions can and have been made, but the decision would be djbob's (our root administrator). Would you like me to escalate this to him so he can decide?

    The "jje" in the example was bold to show that that was what you needed to enter. It was written like that to show that it must be the username that is included in your home directory. On the install page, it says:

    You are not supposed to enter "/home1/". You only enter your username ("h4ck3r"). This may be causing your problem.

  20. I use that website all the time. It's really helpful. You can also just go to isup.me and save yourself the time of entering that really long URL.
