  1. A shoutbox isn't really good for support. A shoutbox is not meant for chatting, just for posting messages. There would be no way of knowing if someone else is available to help. IRC, however, does list who is online and it is separate from the people just reading the forums. The only other option I think would work would be an IM service (ex. http://www.cl58services.co.cc/im/), but I think IRC is best at this point.

  7. Actually, Johnny is the unstable one. I just checked your account. It's on Johnny. Johnny has over 300 accounts in the creation queue so it can take a little longer than expected. In theory it should only take 1-2 days, but with so many accounts it can sometimes take longer. I know it is frustrating, but you'll just have to wait a little longer.

  15. ESET may have blocked co.cc entirely. Try going to another co.cc domain. If you are sure that it is safe (it is your website, after all), add an exception in ESET.

  17. @Tjoene - They used to be only a forwarding service, but now they are just another co.cc or cz.cc.

  21. If you are on Stevie, this was a server-wide issue and has been fixed (clear your cache if you still can't see it). If you are on Johnny, what is your username?
