We dont have any official press kit or banners. That logo you used should be fine.

Thank you for using HelioHost. Glad to hear you're satisfied with our support. Please consider taking our short survey by clicking the "Feedback" link in my signature.

I know what you mean about IE. I have stopped caring if my pages work in IE (all versions). Microsoft just needs to give up on it.

You can change your domain name at http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain

Just because co.cc is no longer indexed by Google does not mean that it isn't usable. I will specify that it is not Google-able though.

That same site has statistics for Johnny too. It has HTTP, FTP, and cPanel.

Thanks!

I've been on my cPanel on Stevie a lot today and it seemed fine. If you ever can't log in directly from that, try logging in from either the bottom of the HelioHost website or by clicking "cPanel Login" under "Account" in the toolbar at the bottom of this page (hover your mouse at the bottom of the page) - those two have the same form.

If your looking for stability, you should consider switching to Stevie. If you do not need the extra features, it his highly recommended that you do not use Johnny. If you would like to switch, see http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Moving_your_account for instructions.

Do any of those use jQuery? If they do then jQuery may be being called twice which often creates conflicts. We actually aren't even using anything from my original menu (except the links). Geoff, we replaced the modalbox and design with yours. The only thing I can think of would be a jQuery conflict. Update: When we switched menu designs, my CSS and JavaScript was never removed. I just removed it and everything seems to be back to normal for me. Sorry for the inconvenience.

[Solved] Increased Web Space For Forum Posts ?
cl58 replied to Brother Hassan's topic in Escalated Requests
If the servers could handle it, that is a good idea. The only problem with that is that many people will post nonconstructive posts and/or spam just to increase post counts. -
That is very true and for that I thank Apple. It's just annoying when you want to play a game or something and you can't because the lack of support.

There would be no way to "whitelist" accounts. This issue does not happen because the accounts have to be requeued, that's why it is incorrect and has to be fixed. We have no way of preventing it (as of now).
-
Sometimes there is a hiccup in the scripts that automatically maintain accounts or a problem with a server (in this case Stevie) which can reset accounts (it affects httpd.conf). We know it is annoying and inconvenient, but we try to fix the problem as fast as we can using a script the admins can run.
-
Krydos is correct: full service has been restored on Stevie. The script ran very quickly @Krydos: Congrats on 200 posts!
-
All sites on Stevie are showing as queued. This will be fixed shortly.e Update: Servic has been restored. If you still see an account queued page on Stevie, clear you cache. For help on clearing your cache, see http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Clear_your_cache
-
I have started to run the script to fix this. It should be fixed shortly. (It should take about 15 minutes, but can sometimes take up to an hour.
-
Use http when you link to the file as it would be in your browser (in this case http://[yourdomain]l/cgi-bin/images/bg1.gif). You use /home/username/public_html/ as an absolute path without http (in this case /home/mizuho/public_html/cgi-bin/images/bg1.gif).

We're all glad to have Stevie working well again!
-
Both of those are loading for me (including the one that you found an issue with aside from the larger issue).
-
Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/Clear_your_cache

HelioHost only offers MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite. See more of what HelioHost offers at http://wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/What_Does_HelioHost_Offer%3F Edit: A minute too late

I saw that post one time looking through the news forums. I didn't catch on until someone said "April Fools".

Try now. Your site is loading fine for me. If it still isn't, clear your cache. Also, can you log into your cPanel now? If not, let me know and I will reset your password.
