  1. Please spare a few minutes to take our support survey: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8947 You're participation in the survey is greatly appreciated.
  2. It's working now. STEVIE SITES SHOULD NOW BE RUNNING FINE. IF YOU STILL SEE A QUEUED PAGE, CLEAR YOUR CACHE.
  3. If you post your username and domain, I can check if there is any reason why your account is taking so long. It can also take longer than expected if large amounts of new accounts are created in a short amount of time. Edit: This issue has been identified. See http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9642 for more information.
  4. @jje - Actually, I haven't run it yet. My Stevie account doesn't seem to be working yet so I'll go ahead and run the script now (using screen, thanks )
  5. @bute2487: This thread is only for when you get an actual suspended error - queued is different. Anyway, this is a server-wide issue on Stevie and is currently being investigated. See this thread for more information.
  6. I'm running the script again. If it still fails, I will escalate this.
  7. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  8. Localhost is relative to whatever computer the files are hosted on. Since your files are hosted on HelioHost's servers, localhost refers to whatever server you are using (Stevie or Johnny).
  9. You're welcome! Please spare a few minutes to take our support survey: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8947 You're participation in the survey is greatly appreciated.

  11. What server (Stevie or Johnny)? If on Johnny, this is a server-wide issue affecting all accounts hosted on Johnny. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
  12. That will not update your logins. You must log in to the web interface at least once every thirty days. We cannot change the code of that app to reset the login count, so, unfortunately, there is no way around this.
  13. If you don't have a back up, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. When you signed up, you agreed to the ToS which states that we are not responsible for you content (i.e. backups). Your only option would be if you had your own backup.

  16. @lioh: Your account has been reinstated. If you still get a suspended page clear your cache and try again. Please try to log into you cPanel from the HelioHost homepage (at the bottom). If you still cannot access your cPanel, reply to this post and we will reset your password for you.
  17. Server - localhost Port - 3306 (usually not needed in PHP applications, but I'm not sure about ASP.NET) Database* - cpusername_dbname UID** - cpusername_mysqlusername Pwd** - mysqlpassword *MySQL Database names are in the format of cpanelusername_database name. For example, if your cpanel username was "heliohost" and your database was called "db123," you would have to put "heliohost_db123" into your app. **To create a MySQL username and password: In your cPanel, go to MySQL Databases (the same place you created a database). Under MySQL Users, enter a username and password (twice) to create a MySQL User. This does not have to be the same as your cPanel username and password. Under Add User to Database, select the new username you just created and the database name (joomla1), then click Add. On the next page, click the box next to All Privileges and then press Make Changes. Please note that your MySQL username also requires your cpanel username and and underscore (like database names), but your password is just the password you created.
  18. @ericT: Your account "ethelin" has been deleted.
  19. To delete your account, go to http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete
  20. Try logging in from the HelioHost homepage (at the bottom). If it does not work, wait 24 hours and try again. If it still doesn't work, post back here.
  21. @ericT: Do you want that account deleted or unsuspended?
  22. Please also keep in mind, that you can improve stability of your website if you do not need ASP.NET, Java/JSP, and/or Ruby on Rails by switching to Stevie. If you would like to do that, see http://wiki.helionet.org/wiki/Moving_your_account
