I'm trying to run pisg which is a perl script. The documentation says to run the script via shell, but I chmod'd the script to 755 (executable) so it should be running just from going to the file, right? I'm getting a 500 error for some reason and I can't figure out why. The script is at http://www.cl58services.co.cc/pisg/pisg.pl and you can see the code of the script at http://www.cl58services.co.cc/pisg/pisgcode

HelioHost will NEVER alter the files on your website. The only thing we would ever do to your account is suspend it if you break the TOS. As jje said, someone probably gained access to your account somehow. Change your password immediately.

I am not the root admin, so it really isn't my decision, but I think that as long as it isn't pornographic it should be fine.

I've been around for a while, but not very active until recently. As you can see, I've been promoted to moderator. And thanks

You really are not supposed to have two accounts... If you need more domains, you can add them as addon domains. Anyway, if you change the main domain for your Amcrest account, it should make it available for your khallows account.
-
Yes it is.
-
It seems the problem is that another user is using the domain theemonkey.com as his/her main domain.
-
@khallows: Your domain is already changed in our database so the script worked. @Krydos: Thanks for noticing that. I can't change it, so hopefully an admin will see it. Anyway, the menu link (Support -> Scripts -> Domain) works, so the Scripts page link itself is wrong. Also, http://heliohost.org/scripts/domain.php (and the others) are the same as http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain (and the others). The Joomla! pages contain an iframe of the ones in the scripts directory.

Stevie seems to be working fine now. Websites should load as expected. @admins - I presume someone ran the script...

@Louis: I have reactivated your account. If your website still returns a suspended page, clear your cache and try again. Please try to log into you cPanel from the HelioHost homepage (at the bottom). If you still cannot access your cPanel, reply to this post and we will reset your password for you. Note: Stevie is currently experiencing some technical difficulties and you may see an Account Queued page, but once Stevie is back up, your site should work.

Not logging into your cPanel at least once per month will temporarily suspend an account. You can reactivate inactive accounts from the HelioHost website. Breaking any of the rules outlined on the Terms of Service (http://www.heliohost.org/h-terms.html) will permanently suspend your account. --- By the way, this is my 200th post

What is your hosting username?
-
Neither that username nor domain exist in our database.

Your account keeps getting suspended somehow. I have reactivated it, but are you sure that you are not breaking any of the rules outlined in the TOS?
-
Should be fixed now. Try again.

This thread is called "Where are you from?" - that post does belong.
