  1. Your account has been unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page, clear your browser's cache. If you have this problem ever again in the future, please post it to our new topic for this issue: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9439
  2. To change your default domain, go to http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain To set up the domain, in your co.cc account domain setup, choose the nameserver option and set the name servers as ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org It could take 24-48 hours for the changes to take effect. Edit: Using parked domains as Kuloto said would work, but the domain would not be your default one.
  3. The account aynil (using aynil.co.cc) has been deleted. You should be able to register now.
  4. The PIL library does not have an update compatible with Python 2.7 yet. Unfortunately, downgrading is impossible so until PIL releases an update, you will have to find an alternate solution. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not our fault. For more information, see http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/
  5. Glad your problem got solved Please spare a few minutes to take our support survey: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8947 You're participation in the survey is greatly appreciated.

  7. You could also install a whole new forum software. MyBB has a merge system that lets you copy everything from other forum software into that forum.
  8. That domain does not appear to be associated with any account so it should work.
  9. That is not the most up-to-date version of vBulletin which can cause a problem with outdated software and up-to-date PHP. As jje said, use Google to see if there is a workaround you can find.
  10. Please post your domain, username, server, and what forum software you are using so we can further address this problem.
  11. I wasn't correcting your grammar. Improper grammar is acceptable if you don't speak English primarily, but what you're saying is slang/"txt speak." Google Translate doesn't say that and I highly doubt that any English teacher would teach that. At the top of every page of this forum it says "Intentional use of incorrect spelling or grammar will not be tolerated." Saying "u" instead of "you" is intentional incorrect spelling.
  12. What happens when you click on one of the files? Does it attempt to download it or show the page (or something else)?
  13. The problem is probably because you are trying to use the same e-mail address. Your old account still exists, but is inactive. Would you like me to delete the old account permanently so you can register again with your e-mail address?
  14. Your problem is probably in the following:
  15. Again, is it really that difficult to say "you?" People are not going to trust something written by looks like a spammer.
  16. Does any know of any ways to integrate the UserCake user management system (http://www.usercake.com/) with MediaWiki? I want to link the accounts in each system so users can log into both with the same username and password.
  17. Are there any errors in your error log?
  18. Your domain is currently listed as "http://savetree" - no domain suffix. Is it supposed to be savetree.heliohost.org?
  19. Maybe if he had written it like an intelligent person it would have looked more reputable. Personally, I would never get anything being promoted by someone who says "after u download , Register ur domain." Is it really that difficult to say "you" and "your?"
  20. If I recall correctly, .tk does not require downloading any software. I would not recommend downloading that toolbar unless you are 100% sure that it is safe.
  21. @Geoff - he already said his username. I tried to manually unsuspend his account, but it still isn't working.
  22. Sign into your cPanel from http://www.heliohost.org/home/ (form at the bottom.)
  23. @byron, jje: thanks. Is the reactivate script effective immediately?
  24. First of all, we are all volunteers with other things to do so you will just have to be patient. As for your question, your account was successfully created, but it could take 24-48 hours for it to become active. In addition, it takes approximately the same amount of time for your DNS records to change. After that time, if you still have a problem, post back here. Edit: @Geoff: you beat me to it!
  25. After running the reactivate script, it could take 24-48 hours for your account to become active again. After that time if you still have issues, feel free to post again here saying so.
