We have phpMyAdmin via cPanel. Java/JSP is only available on Johnny. You must request access as we have to manually enable it, but we can only do so on Johnny.

We work hard to maintain a quality service and you are certainly not the first to say that it is better than others even with similar features.

Just so you know, Internet Explorer (all versions) is a programmer/designers worst nightmare.

You can ask questions, but for more involved issues, HelioNet is still better.

HelioHost will forever be free with no paid options. That is how djbob, the root admin, has chosen to run this service.

What is your domain, username, and server? NS2 is hosted on Cody which is sometimes unstable. This may have to do with the problem. NS1 is hosted on the more stable Stevie.

We do not back up users sites. The Terms of Service say that we are not responsible for your content. Unfortunately you will have to start over.

I use standard view and it always loads fine for me. @Brother Hassan: Since you have a slow connection, you might want to try using Basic HTML instead.

I feel the same way as Byron. I would never charge people for something I make on the internet.
