  2. It has come to our attention that all accounts hosted on Johnny are currently showing as queued. This issue is currently being fixed now. Please do not post a separate topic for this issue. Thanks. (This is separate from the same problem affecting Stevie earlier today) This issue has been fixed.

  4. You should switch your nameservers to HelioHost. You can create CNAME and MX records for Google Apps. You can then choose what (sub)domain you want to point to Yola using an A record pointing to their IP.
