I need a way to redirect my homepage at 5:00PM to a different page until 9:00AM. is there a way to even do this?

Im making a cronjob, to redirect to a certain page everyday, every week, and every month. I figured that part out, but now i need to find the command to do this redirect. This is my first time using UNIX so im very confused.

I am having an issue were my site either gets an internal server error or Says Internet explorer cannot display this page. I have tried it on multiple PC and Mac's they all get this error. What is wrong.

An error has occurred every time i try to signup for Stevie. I deleted it and contacted support cause it never deleted. He said he manually deleted he said. I had a Johnny Account but decided to switch to a Stevie account. I deleted my account User- matthewr Pass- lugnut97 But it still says error occurred, and its been 48hrs. Can someone fix this change my IP or something?

I signed up for a Johnny account 5 Days ago I believe, I have been reading posts about backups and so many sign ups, but the monitor script has gone down from 700 people 5 Days ago to 22 People. But it has said 22 People for almost 3 days now. An i have still not been activated. What is taking so long?
