Thank you for helping in the resolution to my problem with the changing of my domain name. I am grateful for HelioNet letting folks like me to have a virtual playground to learn in, and explore, with the support of the staff. You guys provide a much needed service to the community.

I have submitted several requests to change my domain name from "99centsclassified" to "bpparks3665". I just wanted to follow up and see if, perhaps, I submitted the incorrect information or if there was a problem with my request. Thank you for taking the time to look into this. I have a free domain, "99centsclassified.heliohost.org", and want to know if I can request a change to something else.

I would like to install a self-signed SSL certificate. I went ahead and setup my key file and certificate and installed them before I came to understand that I need a dedicated IP address in order to use this.
