hi, I am having a frustrating problem when i try to upload my files using my FTP client. My FTP client isn't any that you guys have listed but it used to work fine with other hosting services. Now onto the problem, i configured the FTP correctly and monitored the connection log, the problem i get is, an invalid username or password. Now when i check the log i find that your servers accepted the username and its echoes a reply "ok" and ask for the password, now the log shows that password my FTP client is showing is the same as i actually have but even then i get the error msg that its an invalid username and password The frustrating thing is i can login my cPanel using the same username and password upload files using the legacy File manager or the online file manager but when i use the FTP client it just doesnt allow me access. Hey thanks, well here is the banner i was using thanks for the new one, but doesn't the line "Hosted by professional grade hosting for free" sound a bit odd? Anyways I am going to change them now and may be change the line to "Premium grade hosting by professionals, for FREE!!". ok?? I am very much impressed with what all you guys are offering and thought you guys deserved to know that your efforts are very much appreciated. more over I run a site where I write about the best hosting sites and such and as I find Heliohost to be the best I am posting but it would be very helpful if I could get a banner of HelioHost to go along with the writing. currently I took out the HelioHost logo and made a banner out of it would be grateful if you guys approve of it or provide me with one I can use instead.
