  1. You just upload it. There's no UI or anything for python. Make sure you give the files execute permission, and the shebang line is correct. If you need modules installed, please post the list and we can get them installed for you. Python is located in the following places on Johnny depending on which version you need. /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/python2.7 /usr/bin/python3.6 /usr/bin/python3.6m /usr/bin/python3.10
  2. Krydos can do this for you...not sure whether they've gotten the automatic build system fixed after that ransomware two weeks ago though, so it may take a little longer than normal if not.
  3. Domain has been changed to abio.helioho.st since you didn't specify a domain to change it to. It can take up to 2 hours before it will work.
  4. This is by design (the accounts didn't all fit on Tommy due to resource limits). You'll be able to move back at some point in the future once that we add additional resources to Tommy. Also, Johnny is actually faster and has better uptime at the moment anyway, so you're better off on Johnny for the time being.
  5. Nice. Can you add the SPF and MX to these as well? Email won't work otherwise. Also, with Tommy the A record can vary as Tommy uses multiple IPs to help protect against DDoS. The user needs to get the IP for their domain from plesk.
  6. Krydos can usually fix that...it's quite easy to firewall yourself out if you're new at it. Escalating.
  7. The tomauritus domain is missing the A record for a webmail subdomain on DNS, Krydos can fix that. The gorodigues domain doesn't have email service since it's an alias. This is normal...if you want email service, it needs to be removed and re-added as an actual website, not an alias. Do you want Krydos to change this to an actual domain so it has email service? The babooa domain is hosted with a competitor. Would you like us to remove it?
  8. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  9. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  10. This sounds like something Krydos will need to troubleshoot. While we wait for Krydos to look at this, can you specify what error you get when you try to open the mailboxes for the addon domain? Also, which domain is affected?
  11. Krydos can answer this. If they work like other Python modules, we can install them for you.
  12. Changed. It may take up to 2 hours before your updated domain works properly.
  13. We've had that happen to a few other people as well who restored an archived account...the password doesn't restore correctly and subsequently needs reset before the account works. Please check the email associated with your account for a link to reset your password.
  14. Yes, $5 per 1000MB, so an additional $10 should max you out if you already have 3GB. Go ahead and donate (https://heliohost.org/donate/), then post the transaction ID of the donation here and we'll get the space added for you
  15. We can also change the username of the forum account if desired. No need to delete it if you plan to make a new one.
  16. He also emailed us. I responded to the email thread for this issue.
  17. Domain changed (the server was fixed early yesterday morning).
  18. There are none, what he posted basically means your data is lost. If you don't have your own backups, you'll need to start over.
  19. Yeah, your account failed to create (it was half created...account system showed it and said it was active, but the server didn't actually have a matching account for you). I just changed it to a Johnny account in the database and retried it. Try logging in now using the same email and the password you gave for the original Tommy account. Note that the main domain was blank due to the failure, so I made it https://allyn51.helioho.st for you. It may take some time to work. If you want a different domain let me know and I'll change it.
  20. Krydos should be able to resend that for you.
  21. Krydos has to do this since the account needs to be moved (I'm assuming this is still possible since I see both Tommies online).
  22. I'll have Krydos look but I do know there was extensive disk corruption due to the hard shutdown the server took when the attack hit. Krydos was able to get the server to boot, but it took a substantial amount of repair work including file system and partition table repair. I would not be surprised if they were lost as a result of the extensive repairs that had to be made.
  23. I've disabled your domain and re-enabled it, lets see if it starts working again when Apache restarts next. If not, I'll escalate to Krydos. EDIT: Didn't even need to wait. I just put a test file in the root for that domain and its working already.
