  1. We don't have any tool for this. You should delete your account then sign up again.
  2. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  3. We generally don't open ports if we can avoid it for security reasons. What are you planning to use it for, and have you looking into configuring whatever is using port 9960 to use a port we already have open? Also, what is your cpanel username? Is it this site? http://www.lickmybeatz.heliohost.org/ Ultimately, it will be up to Krydos to decide on this.
  4. You already asked for this: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/19411-how-to-use-python-3-with-wsgi/page__hl__%2Bpython+%2Bwsgi__fromsearch__1 Google suggests it can be difficult to implement on cpanel systems though, so I won't be surprised if the answer (if you get one, we have more pressing issues right now) is that it's just not supported.
  5. We support https, however it is the only service we offer that requires a dedicated IP address. The IP address costs $12 through PayPal. Our website has instructions on signing up for SSL in the sign up section (skip the account registration part if you already have an account, you can use an existing non-SSL hosting account) After that, an admin sets the address up, then you install your SSL certificate in cpanel.
  6. Whm is for the server admins only. What you are experiencing is normal.
  7. We don't provide that for security reasons.
  8. It's outcast.heliohost.org, not .com... Anyway, it's working. I see a coming soon page. Please clear your cache.
  9. It is showing as up for me. /var however does seem to be full...
  10. Freenom and dot.tk are the same thing, so the same policies likely apply to all of those TLDs. I've never used cf/ml/ga though. There aren't too many good free domain registrars left. Interdot owns quite a few where you can get domains like yourdomain.de.lv. There's also eu.org which is nice, but is a pain to set up on a heliohost account because we only have one nameserver. Co.nr is still around as well, but last I checked they required personal info and everything was manually approved. Cu.cc is supposedly another choice, but they're always down when I check (maybe defunct?)
  11. That domain hasn't been set up yet. You're on Johnny, so you need to give it 4-6 days to start working after you add it to cpanel.
  12. I'd bet the public IP of the office network is blocked by our firewall if your system admin said they aren't blocking it... An admin can check and unblock it if needed.
  13. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  14. Something strange is going on with this account. It's showing as active but is in fact suspended when you visit it. Normally I can just manually unsuspend it again, but that didn't fix it. I had accounts the other day do the same exact thing and Krydos had to fix it. @Admins: Manually unsuspending the active account didn't work, nor did suspending it then unsuspending it again. Johnny did this the other day...now I've got a Stevie account.
  15. Do you have another account?
  16. Dot.tk canceled it for some reason. They do this to people for any number of random reasons, and often for no reason at all. Good luck finding out why, since they have essentially zero customer support. I've lost 3 of their domains, 2 for no apparent reason. I've since bought a normal .com and moved on. They took back my main domain in June...that cost me a week of downtime and significant damage to several systems I'd built that relied upon the domain. I'm still fixing things two months later. Long story short: You lost your domain. I'd recommend buying a domain from a normal registrar so this won't happen again.
  17. We need to wait for an admin (likely krydos) to take a look at this issue. I do not know how long that will take or when he will be online next.
  18. It's not you. Normally the script you used should have fixed it, and I should be able to fix it for you as well. Johnny has something wrong with him and nothing is suspending or unsuspending for some reason.
  19. It was indeed high resource use. There aren't many proxy scripts light enough to keep you from being suspended, at least on Stevie. They're one of the main reasons aside from bad coding that get people suspended for high load. Generally, our recommendation for a proxy script is to not run one. Your account has been unsuspended.
  20. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @Admins: It appears suspension/unsuspension is broken on Johnny. The status changes in the mod panel, but nothing actually happens to the accounts. I can't suspend a phishing account either...says "Suspended Phishing." but I can still access it.
  21. The DNS issue probably is just propagation and/or stale cache. You may need to flush your DNS cache on your PC since that domain is pointing to stevie for me. To do that on Windows, open a command prompt as an administrator, then run ipconfig /flushdns. The database server issue is basically normal. The database server on Stevie is broken and goes down a lot. Just wait a few minutes and try again. Also, Softaculous doesn't work properly on Stevie if that's how you're installing software.
  22. Not sure what's going on here. It's listed as active, but it's actually suspended. Manual unsuspension doesn't work either. The admins will need to look at this one I think.
  23. You were suspended for running 3 cron jobs. The limit is 2 per day. Your account has been unsuspended.
  24. It's in the list of things to do, alongside other issues like the stevie MySQL server that's been broken for 6 months. We don't have any idea when it'll be fixed though. It broke in March.
  25. Please clear your cache.
