It appears from the large number of posts I've been seeing that the renewal script is broken for accounts on Stevie. When I tried it myself on a few reported inactives, it only worked on 1 of the 3, and the others stayed "Searching for account" forever and had to be manually unsuspended. Can this be looked at?

Unsuspended again since it resuspended itself. @yashrs: Make sure to edit->change the login date to today when manually unsuspending these. Otherwise they suspend themselves again...

Java and JavaScript are two different things. JavaScript will work on both servers since it actually runs on the client. Java is JSP/java server pages/servlets, which are entirely different. You can't have Java and PHP at the same time (at least I don't think...pretty sure tomcat gets in the way of it). Also, PHP cannot be downgraded in Johnny. You need to move to Stevie.

Help With Email Account Setup Difficulties?
wolstech replied to usertogo's topic in Customer Service
Odds are either Yahoo is blocking the mail (we've had issues with this before), or Johnny is just down too much. Try creating a Gmail account and forwarding to that instead of Yahoo. If it turns out Johnny is just down too much (mail sent while he's down can be lost), move your account to Stevie. For what it sounds like you're planning to do, you're better off on Stevie anyway. The last thing you want when selling a website is for it to be down. -
What's your account's username? Also, have you tried a different browser and PC?

You've been unsuspended. It was for inactivity, but with the load from recent maintenance, the renewal script is being really slow...

It immediately resuspended itself because I forgot to change the login date to today. Try now. -

There is preventative maintenance going on on Johnny. There's a news post about it here: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22692-johnny-restart/ In addition, certain stuff broke as a result: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22702-2015-12-05/ It's being worked on.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

Has My Account Been Deactivated? (Firewall Issue)
wolstech replied to techmex's topic in Customer Service
That account is working fine. You're probably stuck in the firewall. An admin can check and unblock you if needed. -
Not sure where the 8MB is from, likely an artificial limit in Moodle. PHP is limited at 20M though per upload_max_filesize, so 100M files are pretty much impossible through PHP. You can always upload manually through FTP if you need to host such a file here, though putting it on Dropbox and linking to it would be better. You only have 500M of space anyway, so allowing 100M uploads makes little sense.
