Check that cloudflare is configured properly and that an MX record is set for your domain. It should be pointed to your main domain (the entry should point the domain to itself for mail). If not, create it. If there is no issue with the configuration, please remove cloudflare and set your name servers to ns1.heliohist.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Try turning off anything that might block it (adblock, script blocking extensions, etc., some AVs like Norton seem to break it too if the browser security feature is on higher settings). You are supposed to fully clean the account up as soon as we unsuspend it (within 24 hours typically). You were unsuspended for 10 days then we got another spam report. I normally recommend that people disable their website using a deny from all in .htaccess as soon as its unsuspended. Doing that forces everyone to see a 403 Forbidden error instead of the site. That way you can work in FTP and cPanel without the malware being triggered by people accessing the site. I'd suggest just deleting the entire CMS installation since its likely beyond repair anyway then start over using up to date components from reputable sources (many extensions/themes from dubious "free themes and extensions" sites are malware). We normally only unsuspend spam accounts once...I'll escalate this for you to see if Krydos wants to give you a second chance on fixing this.

The size in cpanel is broken and will always show 0. Verify that the data is in the database using phpmyadmin. Your next step is to delete and recreate your MySQL users. Be sure to reassign them to your databases. When recreating, use the username and password found in your websites configuration file (varies by program, but often called Config.php or similar).

Krydos must grant you the dedicated IP address first. After that is done, you will need to install your certificate in cPanel. I'll escalate this for you so the dedicated IP can be set up on your account

You were indeed suspended for 4 cron jobs. The limit is 2 executions per day. For example: if you have a single job, the job cannot run more than once every 12 hours. For two jobs, both can only run once in a single day, and so on. Your account has been unsuspended.

It should still be working then. Parking (and unparking) a domain doesn't modify or remove your .heliohost.org domain. While a domain is parked, your .heliohost.org domain should continue to work. I've changed your main domain away from its original and back again, which should make the server redo its configuration for it (its acting like the DNS entries are missing). If it's still showing DNS errors tomorrow, I'll escalate it for you.

Since you didn't link to the software, I'm assuming it's this: https://github.com/foodcoops/foodsoft That software is not supported. You might be able to play with it and get it running in development mode by following the manual configuration steps. Most are just "make a copy and edit the copy", you can make/edit the copy on your PC and upload it. The database could be difficult (perhaps install it on a linux VM then export the database and import the dump in cPanel/phpmyadmin). Bad news is that what little documentation I can find on it indicates that we don't provide the necessary dependencies anyway, so if it does run, it won't work fully. You likely won't find a shared host that can run that. It looks like it's meant to be used on a dedicated linux installation...

Change your cPanel password here: http://stevie.helioh...sswd/index.html Then log out and in again and try PhpMyAdmin. The database is almost certainly missing though. You're suffering from the problems caused by the MySQL repair last year. Check all of you databases to see which ones are missing from PhpMyAdmin, and list their names here. I'll escalate this once you provide the database list and Krydos can fix them for you.

Is the database visible in phpmyadmin? If so, import it through there. If not, let me know and krydos can fix it.

Asp.net should be supported on Johnny (we use Mono to run .net stuff in Linux). Make sure to develop for .net 3.5, since we don't support 4.x. I'm not sure how well it works though since I can't think of anyone hosting a site using it.
