  1. Assuming that's the only job you have, I don't know why it would be getting deleted every day. A job that runs once a day at 2:04PM PDT should be fine (I have one that runs at 1:27AM PDT and have never had an issue). Escalating so Krydos can tell us more.
  2. The system deletes them when they're scheduled to execute more than twice per day. What time settings are you specifying on it?
  3. I'll bet he updated Firefox...StartCom has a terrible past reputation and Firefox blacklisted the StartCom CAs. Read https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1311832 Chrome I believe has done similar, though his site oddly works for me in Chrome. It also worked in Firefox 40, but did not in Firefox 53 (the ban was implemented in v51+, so makes sense). He probably should get a certificate from another CA...
  4. Krydos has to fix that error. We'll have to wait for Krydos to look at it.
  5. Alias is the new name for parked domains. Add it as an alias if it's supposed to show the same content as your main domain.
  6. I'm assuming the domain in question is changemyhud.tk...did you add it to Parked Domains in cPanel? If so, it possibly failed due to load (common on Johnny) and Krydos will need to fix it. Also, you can't change your main domain if a domain is already added to Parked or Addon domains, or if the server is down when you attempt it.
  7. It got suspended again within minutes. Please remove the files immediately. If it gets suspended this time, Krydos will need to delete that file.

  10. Your account severely overloaded the server and caused downtime for thousands of other users. Look at the top bar of the diagram krydos posted. Notice how the server was responding much better (geeen) after that black bar in the diagram (the time we suspended you). All that downtime and slowness (the red) was being caused by your video downloader. If we unsuspend you, you will need to immediately delete that video download tool and not run such a script here...they're too resource hungry. Also, if you get suspended again, you won't be given another chance. Are you ready to fix this?

  12. High load again. Whatever software you're running on your site is using too many resources. Escalating since this your second suspension. Krydos might be able to point out what file is causing this and might have some other information on your resource usage that might help with fixing this. I don't want to unsuspend you again until you know how to fix this since causing high load impacts everyone on your server. Also, if you get suspended for a third time, you often won't get unsuspended again.

If deceptively collects/steals usernames and passwords for other services (phishing), sends unsolicited ads (spam), or abuses another service (what does the social media service's TOS say about this?), yes it's forbidden. When I banned your old account, it was showing a fake Facebook login page and so was banned for phishing. Most of these "marketing scripts" get banned because they produce spam or cause high load anyway, so I would not recommend running them.
  14. I've noticed a few accounts in the last hour or so doing this...they're active and have recent login times, but the website is showing an inactive page. The server monitor is also showing Tommy as reporting invalid information (because it's Tommy account is also showing this page). Looks like an Apache issue. Escalating.

  19. It really isn't. We've had many users who've gone elsewhere for some reason or another...only to come back because the features and uptime were better. A lot of the reason we can offer this type of performance is because we make an active effort to control load and remove abuse. We have a few more restrictions than others (registration limits, cron limits, CPU/RAM limits), but put together, they keep the server running fast. If you take a look at Johnny history on the monitor, he makes a good example of what happens to servers without our restrictions (we intentionally allow this to happen on Johnny so users can sign up easily and play around with stuff without getting suspended for overusing resources like on Tommy/Ricky). Another interesting fact: cPanel's support team has said we've successfully crammed more users on a single server with their product than anyone else they've dealt with.
  20. That's about right for Tommy. Our numbers for the week are 99.31% uptime, with the 0.7% down due to a user who caused high load. I've been on tommy for about 6 months now and have had very few issues (prior to that I was on Stevie, which is now Ricky, for 5 years with only 3 notable outages, one of which was planned).
