Unsolved. I've never seen a 400 error from Tommy before I suspect whatever software you installed is generating it, but I'll escalate this so Krydos can confirm. Escalating.
-
Did you add the domain to the Aliases or addon domanis section of cPanel? It's showing Queued because the domain is not in our system. It appears you've changed your main domain to gitcc.heliohost.org... Once you add it, let me know and I'll verify it's added correctly.

It's archived. Escalating to have it restored.

It is indeed no longer pointed here. Marking solved since the site is now elsewhere. If you're still interested in trying to get the site set up here, please follow krydos' instructions above and post back to let us know to take another look.

[Solved] Unable To Export Database From Phpmyadmin
wolstech replied to rahulawa's topic in Escalated Requests
It's something wrong with your Java software most likely. If you're closing your connections, something is not doing so properly since they're still open if you're getting that error. Escalating. -
That domain doesn't resolve to anything (NXDOMAIN), which is why the certificate did not renew. I don't see any nameservers associated with it. Please verify the domain's DNS settings are correct.

It's probably because you put the www in front of it when you entered it. I've removed it, give it another 24 hours and if it still doesn't work, let me know and I'll escalate it. Moved to customer service.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

I've renamed it for you so you can use the username on Tommy. That way, all of your posts will stay together.

[Solved] Addon Domain Failed With Internal Error 500
wolstech replied to Bailey's topic in Escalated Requests
We can move an account without deleting it, so it shouldn't disappear entirely. The fact you're moving to Tommy will probably solve this domain issue, but I'll leave this open in case there's leftovers like the Apache error you sometimes get as a result of a failed domain add. Alsp, do you own the account mextri? If so, be aware you're only allowed one account. If not, please don't request domain changes on behalf of other users. -
This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Thank you for your donation. Krydos will move your account when he sees this. In the meantime, if you receive a Tommy invite, you can ignore it since your existing account is going to be moved.
-
To get 4.6, you need to be on Tommy (and after registering on Tommy, you need to request ASP.NET). Johnny (the server you selected) only supports 3.5. To move to Tommy, see here: http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account

The last few times it was for failed IMAP login, so something is trying to use the mail server...

Weird. It usually starts working again within a few minutes of me unblocking it. Krydos can fix this. Also, I wonder if it's possible to whitelist you since you get blocked all the time... Escalating.

The IP you're posting from is not blocked. Is there another IP that needs to be unblocked?

That account is not suspended. If you see a suspended page, please clear your cache.

[Solved] Suspended: Hh_Shurgrel
wolstech replied to shurgrel2's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Your account was suspended for running too many cron jobs. To help keep load low, we limit accounts to two (2) cron executions in a 24 hour period. This means that, if you only have a single job, it can run no more frequently than once every 12 hours, with two jobs, they can each only run once a day, and so on. Your account has been unsuspended. -
We do, though since his goal is to process emails as they arrive, it's easier and lighter on resources to just have the mail server directly hand the email to the script when it arrives, as opposed to having the mail server save the mail in the mailbox and constantly watching the mailbox to grab the mail out of it.
