Your account won't be able to receive or send email because there is no functional domain on your account. You need to finish setting up DNS for your domain before sending and receiving of email will work. You can either point to our name servers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or for external DNS, you'll need: A record pointed to 65.19.141.67 AAAA record pointed to the IPv6 shown in Plesk MX record pointed to johnny.heliohost.org SPF TXT record with the value "v=spf1 include:johnny.heliohost.org ~all". If you would like webmail, create an additional A record called "webmail" pointed to 65.19.141.67 You can check email using an IMAP client: Host: johnny.heliohost.org Username: <full email address> Password: <email password set when you create the mailbox> We are unable to provide support for external webmail clients as we have no control over the manner in which they access the server. You can try using the settings above if they allow you to specify a server to log into separately from the email address, but most do not.

Yep. You can have up to 10 websites and as many databases as you want inside a single account. You just have to ask us to add the additional domains And you can even add additional usernames and passwords to access Plesk if you need other people to work with you on them. Do you need additional websites set up on your one account so you can have more than one project in your account? If so, what domains do you want them to have? You can have up to 10 total. -

Those backups do have all of your data in it (there's a big file called backup_user-data######.tzst in there that contains your files). It's in a format called Z-standard and you have to unpack it. Install this special version of 7-zip: https://github.com/mcmilk/7-Zip-zstd Use it to open the file you download from us, then go into the domains\madmaverick.heliohost.us\ folder and open the large TZST file called backup_user-data_######.tzst, then open the tar file inside. Your files are in there. Not the prettiest solution but it works.

High memory usage. 100.03 GB of memory. Excessive memory consumption is very common for node... Also, turning node off doesn't always stop existing processes from running. The node application just sat there using a ton of memory until you hit your limit and got suspended, which killed the process.
