  1. Weird, PMA does indeed freeze when I log in as you and try opening it. Let's have Krydos take a look at this. As for the database yourhomepage, make sure you don't have a similarly named database already (I see such a database with an additional underscore). Also, remember that the database name will always have your username_ in front of it when accessing it (bobdick2_yourhomepage).
  2. I see a database called bobdick2_your_homepage on your account, though PhpMyAdmin doesn't seem to work when I'm logged in as you...it just spins forever. Have you tried changing your password? That sometimes fixes weird issues with MySQL. Also, I would suggest you ask for help with this issue on the forum instead. We can't escalate email support requests due to the way the email system works. If a password change doesn't clear this up, odds are this will need to be fixed by Krydos (our main server admin), and having a normal forum post to escalate directly to him often gets a faster response since he doesn't read the email queue too often.

  4. A lot of software made for 5.x won't run on 7.x (my entire account has this issue...exactly zero programs I use support 7.x). Krydos needs to install mbstring on 5.6.

  6. That account was deleted during the Tommy crash. You'll receive an invite to create a new account when it's your turn to restore your account. In the meantime, that email address and the username wallylep can be used to download the contents of your old account.

Outgoing mail uses the shared IP unless you specifically request to have it configured otherwise (I personally would recommend using the dedicated IP for mail, that way you won't have to deal with lost mail if something gets Tommy blocked for spam). Krydos can change this for you. Do you want this set up?

  10. The hosting account dargdarg was deleted during the Tommy crash and does not currently exist. The account that's waiting validation was never created and the pending validation has been cancelled at your request. Since you asked for Helionet account to be removed in your subject line, the forum account dargdarg has been removed.
  11. In cpanel, go to multiPHP manager (under Software), then select your domain, select ea-php-72 from the list, and save. That will change your domain to PHP 7.2, which is both faster, still supported, and has those installed.

  13. What do you want your main domain on Lily to be (it can be, but doesn't have to be, the same as on Tommy)? FInally, keep in mind that Lily is a very experimental server with limited functionality and no user interface or control panel, so I'll need to set up a lot of things for you. The only interface it comes with is a web interface for the database server and FTP for file uploads. I have to manually add things like domains for you.
  14. To change an account’s username, you have to delete your account and sign up again. If you would like to do this, please delete your account, then let us know so we can send you an invite for a replacement.

  16. GMX is notorious for this. The issue seems to be on and off, but when they decide to block us like this, they usually just start discarding all email from us for some reason. Easiest solution is to use a different email provider.

  19. Try a different internet connection (like a cell phone data plan). Odds are your ISP cached something they shouldn’t have...
  20. Something's broken on Ricky most likely. We had a few accounts do this the other day and it cleared up on its own. Krydos can take a look at it, but I won't be surprised if it clears up before he sees it. I currently see an inactive message myself, but the account is not suspended or inactive.
  21. The invites are being sent in order from largest donor to smallest donor, with free users last. Last I heard, the accounts being moved/invited were donors who've made ~$100 in contributions, so we're just getting started. It will take several weeks for all users who previously had a Tommy account to receive their invite, because we have to spread out the creation of the new accounts to avoid overloading.
  22. Yes. Also, if your old Tommy account's email address is assigned to a Ricky or Johnny account currently, that account will eventually move itself to Tommy instead of an invite being sent.
  23. Correct. The DNS records for all the dead Tommy accounts were cleaned up last week. In order to recreate the DNS zone, you need to have an account. If you're using an external mail service, it doesn't really matter which server the account is on, simply having an account will create the DNS zone and let you edit the MX records. If you use us as your mail provider, you will probably want to wait for Tommy specifically for best performance.
  24. It should be on the receipt or confirmation email from your donation.
