  1. Johnny's Apache is down due to an ongoing DDoS attack. It's been down for several days and we have no idea when it will be back (we'll restart it whenever the botnet that's attacking us finally gives up). http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ (You're affected by that red line on Johnny). If you need it back sooner, you can donate $1 to have it moved to tommy, which is not affected by the current attack.
  2. No shell access is allowed for security reasons. As for Django, we generally can't just upgrade it because doing so might break the thousands of other users on tommy. Let's see what Krydos says about that one though.

  4. I'm not sure which ones it's supported on honestly. It may even be possible to make it supported on Johnny now that it's been rebuilt. Let's see what our other root admin Krydos says.
  5. If I recall correctly, we don't support postgis on Johnny.
  6. Johnny’s apache is down due to an ongoing ddos attack. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  7. Please clear your cache. I see an empty page from Concrete CMS.
  8. Unblocked. If you use FileZilla, you need to use either SFTP on the SSH port (directions should be in cpanel), or unencrypted (plain) FTP to Johnny.heliohost.org on port 21.
  9. Translated: Websitem did not open. I use Cloudflare. I'm sure all my settings are correct, but I think there's a problem with DNS addresses. Can you fix it? Cloudflare is notorious for causing weird issues with our service. We recommend you avoid it if you can. If you really need to use it, we recommend disabling the Full SSL option (it seems to be have oddly with AutoSSL) and allowing CF to copy all of the proper records needed for our service to work. Also, I noticed your domain. Please be aware that hosting pornography is prohibited according to our Terms of Service and will get your suspended. If your site is intended to host adult content, you will need to find another host.
  10. You’re suspended for severe high load. Let’s have Krydos identify the cause before I unsuspend you so you can fix the problem right the first time...we’d rather you not cause this sort of load again.
  11. If you wait, it'll remove itself in due time. Since you don't need it though, Krydos can remove it for you. EDIT: Krydos said there's no reason to do so. It'll remove itself after about a week if you don't use it.
  12. Well, right now Johnny's down, so that's to be expected... The 500 errors might have been due to load if you didn't have an .htaccess and permissions are correct. We've been having issues with johnny being hit by DDoS the past few days, so he keeps going down and is very unstable when he is up.
  13. Johnny is meant for testing and experimentation, and is not for hosting production websites. He is well known for poor uptime and reliability, and this is normal for Johnny. If you need a stable, reliable service, I would recommend you move to tommy.
  14. The account gabsecci has been unarchived. You should be able to log in now, and your domains should start working in the next 2 hours.
  15. That account does not exist. EDIT: Nevermind, it's archived, the username is actually gabsecci which is why I couldn't find it. I'll unarchive it when I get to a PC.
  16. Try renaming your .htaccess file so its ignored. If that doesn't help, most likely your code is broken.
  17. Did you set the file permissions to 644? They upload as 664 by default and need to be changed to 644 in order to work.
  18. To my knowledge, you can't. However, you can install your own statistics tracking software on your account and make it available as you please. It won't be nearly as detailed since it doesn't have the access the cpanel one has though (installable ones usually use a JavaScript line you add to your pages).
  19. Tomcat is not required for JavaScript. Tomcat is for server-side Java only. As for JavaScript not working, it's probably a code error or missing file, though I can't look at the moment being on an iPad...
  20. You're suspended for using a disposable email address. HelioHost requires a valid email address so we can contact you regarding suspensions and abuse reports. In addition, the email address is required to reset a forgotten password, retrieve a backup if the server crashes, and perform similar security-sensitive tasks. Please provide a valid email address and I will unsuspend and update your account.
  21. Done.
  22. The system does this when the settings on cloudflare are wrong. If you remove cloudflare, it'll work again. You need to make sure the DNS records in cloudflare match the ones on our name servers exactly. The easiest way to do this, is to go back to our name servers and get the domain working, then let cloudflare copy the correct zones from our servers (they have an option to do this as part of their setup). You can use the cloudflare option in cpanel ("full zone" choice) to help you do this if you want. We can't troubleshoot Cloudflare though since we have no visibility into what their servers are doing.
  23. It got suspended for load again. Unsuspended. If it happens again, I'll have Krydos point out the file causing the issue for you.
  24. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator
  25. Java and JavaScript are not the same thing despite their similar names. They are two entirely different languages. Which one are you actually trying to use?
