Johnny has a 4 month wait for Java slots at the moment. If it moves faster, he might get it sometime in February. Tommy's estimate says next week, but so few people cancel their account there that the wait is likely much longer. The number is only smaller because there's fewer people in line.

It was suspended for suspicious activity because we have reason to believe it was going to be used for phishing. Having a domain that contains the name of an online payment company and originating from Nigeria (one of two countries responsible for 99% of all phishing we see) also don't help... @pooks: it's empty.

They're two separate accounts. You'll upload the files to an entirely different FTP server. The only thing the two accounts share is DNS. You'll need the Tommy account for mail as well since there's no mail server on Lily. Also, be aware you will still need to sign into your Tommy account once a month to avoid inactivity. If the associated Tommy account goes inactive, the Lily account will as well. Please check your PMs for account information.

None of our servers would support this because it requires incoming non-HTTP connections on custom ports. Lily could likely run it, but depending on what it is, it might be a security risk to do so. Yes our server supports those labguages and technologies. Those missing lines wouldn't break anything (though they won't do anything either on our servers). Odds are you need to change the PHP version to whatever the program requires. Does the software say what version of PHP is needed? If so, you can change the version in cPanel under the software section using "MultiPHP Manager". If you don't know what version to use, try PHP 5.6 and PHP 5.4.

The fix should apply to any domain. Users mostly complain about freenom domains since that's the most common registrar here, but the issue and fix should apply to all external domains regardless of registrar. If your domain is still not able to be added, please let us know.

Yep, that's broken too at the moment (for Johnny users) because the background processing program that handles setting all this stuff up is hung on Johnny.

Where did you put the files for this program? I don't even see it on your account. The only thing I see on your account is a wordpress installation in the public_html folder.

Can you check on this? It looks like bihourly is hung on Johnny...server load looks good, but none of yesterday's accounts created and an Apache restart has been pending for 12 hours.

We can't whitelist them without the IPs and the specific port needed for each IP. We do not honor requests for "any IP on any port" for security reasons. If you're unable or unwilling to provide that information, my recommendation is to purchase a VPS instead. This is a known issue. Most external domains currently cannot be added due to a DNS problem. Krydos has been needing examples of broken domains, so I'll leave this alone for him to look at.
